The technician was a friendly and no nonsense guy. Was knowledgeable and swift. The service was overpriced because if I knew what he’d do, I could’ve bought the same tool and work twice as hard as I did before giving up. Anyway, toilet works now and that’s a thanks to Roto Rooter. Also, I totally forgot to ask about any promo codes :/ knew there was plenty online when looking up services and numbers.

I called for assistance with my Electric Water heater, they came out the same day and took a look at it. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional, their technician Justin seemed extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue was electrical and they were unable to assist and I wasn't charged a cent. Overall they made a great impression, if I ever have any other plumbing related issue they will be the first I call.

Hunter was great. He figured out the problem, explained everything, and got it fixed in no time. He even took a few minutes to answer extra questions I had about the work, what failed, and how he fixed it. He definitely proved that you're paying for knowledge and expertise when you call someone in the trades. Not just parts and time.

Justin was absolutely awesome. He was kind, answered all questions with care and great explanation, and kept me updated on every part of the process from first arriving to project completion. With a full water heater replacement project, he took great care in making sure it was done correctly and efficiently.

​My parents had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter this week. They called for a bathtub leak that wouldn't shut off. The technician stayed for 45 minutes, gave a confusing quote between $300 and $1,400, and then admitted he couldn't actually fix it. He told my parents the only solution was to shut off the water to the entire house from the outside not even requesting to look at the water heater inside of the house.
​My parents then got incontact with a family friend who is a plumber for a second opinion. He knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at a photo. He fixed it in 20 minutes the next morning and pointed out that we didn’t even need to shut the water off outside—there was an interior valve by the water heater the first guy completely missed.
​Roto-Rooter wasted our time and left my parents without water unnecessarily. They need to hire more qualified technicians who know what they are doing.

From my initial call with Ms. Victoria to the professional and thoughtfullness from Mr. Wayne, the service was outstanding! So much so that I decided not to use my home warranty company or the plumber they sent over. I gladly paid them more for the quality and personal connection from start to finish. I am a customer for life now and will recommend them to everyone I know. I never had a company be more compassionate and relatable to our needs. They made me feel like family. Awesome job!!!

Wayne and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable. When they arrived,they started and had the job quickly with no problems.Wayne went over everything they did and explained the warranty. Overall ,l would let them take care of my problem anytime.

I contacted Roto Rooter due to a blockage. Not only was our technician, Justin, there quickly but the level of communication, patience, and customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Roto-Rooter has helped us out twice now. Jan 25 to replace a sewer drain line (inside & outside w a 2-way cleanout) and again this week with a cracked master-bath drain pipe and a garbage disposal replacement. In both instances, response time was immediate and repairs made in timely manner if not same-day for the smaller items. Clear and consistent communications. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Pricing is fair, and the work guaranteed. When it comes to repairs, it takes out the guesswork and the stress. Their technicians have all been super knowledgeable, courteous, effective and willing to answer questions. Roto-Rooter puts its best self forward through a stellar team and customer service - and that doesn't have a price. Grateful.

The technician, Shikean, is excellent, knowledgeable, very efficient, kind and very professional. He knew exactly how to take care of our problem and solved it with precision. He kept the entire working area very clean and tidy. I really appreciate the excellent service I received even during the busy holiday. I also had the pleasure of meeting Thomas, another technician who was very helpful and professional.

Amazing service! Our church’s main sewer line was backed up, they were there until 12:30am Saturday night and back at it Sunday morning, Mike and Zac were the best! Dispatch was friendly, everyone we talked to was helpful and kind. Great company, fantastic staff.

We had an issue with our water heater and called around 5 different plumbers . Our water heater is one of a kind and all the plumbers we contacted either denied the job or recommended to replace the entire unit . Later on we found out they were speaking out of inexperience/ignorance in working with our kind of unit.
Kriston from Roto Rooter came out and in 1 hr fixed our problem. He was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He saved us from having to replace the entire unit . We definitely saved his number for the future and will recommend him with any one having water heater problems

After calling so many plumbers—most trying to overprice or upsell for this minor repair project —I truly appreciated Shikean from Roto-Rooter. He didn’t try to push unnecessary services and was genuinely focused on helping with exactly what I needed. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to test my water and carefully work with my older pipes to ensure a safe, proper installation. What impressed me most is that the repair I was originally told I needed wasn’t even necessary—he was able to install my washer perfectly without it. There’s a very small detail that I will be able to handle myself when ready, but it didn’t take away from the excellent service he provided. I highly recommend Shikean and Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for top-notch plumbing work!

The technician Wayne was very professional from his up front estimation explaining what needed to be done to get the water heater up to code, to the Quality of his workmanship. Stayed to make sure everything works properly including that the furnace turned back on after having the gas off. I am very pleased with the service I received today, Thanks Wayne.

Called Roto-Rooter because of their strong reputation to fix a drip at my mom’s older home. The technician was polite and purchased parts during the visit that were charged to us.

After the repair, the hot water handle spun completely around with no stop and the stem was crooked. A second technician later told us the threads had been stripped, and we even had to involve the city when the main shutoff valve at the road was found loosened and flooded.

While everyone was polite, the repair created additional issues and required outside help to resolve. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the work.

We had our kitchen remodeled with the old owners. Recently had to replace the kitchen faucet. The new owners honored the warranty and the labor for a new faucet! Much appreciated. The plumber, James Olds, did a wonderful job.
