The details of the service are in the name; “Amazing Comfort.” My experience was “amazing” and the tech …think his name was James?… young guy…anyway, he was patient, knowledgeable, experienced…and of course professional, he also entertained my questions and I had many. Thank you!

Unprofessional service. Arrived late and refused to fix ductwork due to a cat running from under the house. Seemed like they just wanted to get out of working because they didn’t want to crawl under the house. When told the unit was under the house they let out a long sigh. When asked to look at the emergency heat located on the outdoor unit not under the house he did not look into it and left just instead. Cancelled service after my 60 mom went under the house herself and fixed the ductwork in ten minutes herself.

Tech came by only to tell me that my A/C unit was inadequate for my house. It was adequate for my house for 32 years and now it is not cooling. It is still broke not inadequate. It is freezing up severely and I’m sitting here with windows open wondering what to do next. Your technician also said that American Home Shield will not replace my unit as long as he can keep replacing parts. I was told that he can install a new unit as an upgrade and it will only cost me about $9000 out of pocket. I have yet to hear from him

Amazing Comfort, technician Fred, was amazing as the name states. Truly appreciate the thoroughness that he took with both units. Awesome company and technicians. 100% recommend for doing the job right and not cutting corners!

I originally gave this company a 5 star review, but since then, have figured out how poorly the "repair" was made. I had a refrigerant leak on my suction line and the technician repaired it and recharged with refrigerant. It's not been hot enough to run the AC until now and now the compressor won't stay on. I figured it was just the age of the system, so I reached out to other companies for estimates on a new system. This highly rated company (5 stars on google) giving me an estimate hooked their gauges up and found my system was charged TWICE what the system was designed for by Carlton from Amazing Comfort and blew my compressor. They even said I should call Amazing Comfort and ask for my money back. Yes, I could call AHS up and have Amazing Comfort come back out which was David's suggestion, but at this point, I don't have any trust in their technicians, and if there are any non-coverages, I'd be responsible for that even though they're the reason for my compressor being shot. I know they didn't hook up gauges after the repair and just put refrigerant in. David even said they put the systems factory amount of refrigerant and don't monitor pressure. Picture below are the pressures taken by the other company....this is for a 2.5 ton unit. Severely overcharged as this tech put it. I don't expect any compensation, and I'm sure the company will respond to this with non-sense, but I felt like I had to write this review to let others know my experience. There's a reason this company has 2/5 stars and multiple complaints on BBB.

Fred has completed several repairs at my home, and he is consistently professional, polite, and informative. He takes great care in his work, and his attention to detail truly shows. Fred is a valuable asset to the Amazon Comfort team.

Technician was polite and courteous. I understand that a technician must diagnose the issue during the initial visit. However, I would have appreciated more details on the expected time length of the follow -up repair.

Horrible company. Do not recommend. My HVAC company hired them to fix my HVAC and they came out over 10 times couldn’t fix the issue. During the time I requested a 2nd company to come out and they couldn’t fix the issue either. The 2nd company swapped my thermostat out and left it at the property. Amazing comfort removed the thermostat from my property and has not been willing to assist in the matter. Instead of responding to the documentation request from my home warranty company they contacted the other company who swapped the thermostat and was told by them that the thermostat was left at my property. It has been over 7 business day and they still haven’t responded to the request.

I hired a HVAC company that does not work with home warranty’s and they were able to diagnosis the issue (wiring) and my system has been working for 2 weeks now.

This company is very unprofessional and has incompetent employees. Stay away. No need to respond because I’m not going to read it. Respond to the documentation request from American home shield instead.

Tactician was friendly and arrived as scheduled. He took the time to do a very thorough inspection. He got my system and running, and thanked me for using their business. I would highly recommend Amazing Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Amazing Comfort went above and beyond to accommodate a tight deadline! The technicians are extremely skilled in their craft, integrity of workmanship that is hard to find these days and found a problem that a previous company missed! They are incredibly reasonably priced and their service oriented and client focused foundation supersedes every other company I have ever dealt with!! I highly recommend that you look nowhere else for any and all of your HVAC needs!!!

The technician Fred was easy to work with. He provided a call ahead on the way and arrived at the early end of the service window. He also explained things clearly in an easy to understand manner. We would definitely work with Fred and Amazing Comfort again.

Amazing Comfort was the second company that my home warranty sent to my home for second opinion. The first company was stating that it was a bigger issue than it actually was. Amazing Comfort Technician knew right away the issue was and had the piece in the truck. My heater was fixed within 20 m8nm minutes. I will def recommend Amazing Comfort. Technician was very professional. Five stars

Amazing Comfort installed a brand-new unit in my barbershop. The work was clean, reasonable price and excellent customer service. Definitely my go to for anything HVAC related for my business.

Service was terrible the technician from Amazing Comfort named Carlton was at my property maybe 5 minutes if that. To say the thermostat wouldn't work properly based off seeing a couple of bugs just off speculation and not running a proper test. All the technician did was switch the batteries around it came on for a few seconds. I bought the HVAC unit brand new in 2015 thermostats don't last forever and so doesn't the HVAC unit as well. The battery operated thermostats have to be replaced at least every 5 or 10 years depending on the brand. AHS Warranty in its contract states if is physical damage to any item it will not be covered. There is no physical damage at all its not broken, cracked or wasn't being properly mistreated. So I sent the guy over who installed the unit 10 years ago from Hare's Heating & Cooling he replaced the thermostat saying it was old and it was just time for a new one $347 later. AHS Warranty didn't want to cover because Amazing Comfort didn't conduct a proper test. I figured you would reply back once I posted my review and send over my HVAC certified technician to simply diagnose the problem. Who's been in business over 30 years stated it was due to the age of the thermostat not the few bugs your calling an infestation. 😆 You don't have to worry I won't be doing any business with your company ever again if suggested by AHS Warranty!!!

Amazing Comfort Heating and Cooling were PHENOMENAL!!! From our initial call the customer service was personable, caring and very attentive. Our service technician was outstanding!!! The guy was courteous, professional and very detailed. I’m am very grateful to have had them to assist us.

Fred provided awesome customer service and details during the service visit. He truthfully advised me on the concerns for my units. Louie was also helpful, with his administrative knowledge.

After a rough start yesterday, today was much better. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he found. I was very impressed with him and his service.
