I want to give Whitt electric the most well deserved recognition. This man goes above and beyond. First of all I called this man after hours due to being completely without power. He came out 15 minutes after I initially called to explain that I didn’t know what was going on but dominion power said that wasn’t on them and needed help. They figured out my problem with the power in a matter of minutes. He and his crew ran all new power lines from my meter box to my home faster than I’ve seen anyone work and had me up and running better than ever! They are the absolute best group of men and I would like to recommend them for any of your electric needs.

Tucker, Jack here from the Belroi house fire, remember? You said you would help the week after your vacation, so I waited...and waited... For weeks I sent you texts, phone calls, voicemails--work days at 7 AM, Noon, 5PM, evenings, week ends--because I liked you; you're a great electrician, and I trusted you to keep your word to me eventually. Never a single response.
Well, you may be good technically, but you're AWFUL at customer service. There's no excuse for turning off your phone, or ignoring repeated pleas to just TEXT me that you couldn't keep your word so I could move on. At least give your phone to your wife to answer when you're that busy. You are turning friends into enemies, brother!

Asbury installed a Level 2 charger for our new EV in our garage. Because of the amperage it had to be hardwired. The technicians did an outstanding job, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the work. Quality of work was excellent and they finished in far less time than I expected. Highly recommend. I'll be using them again.

Don Henry from Asbury Electric was very nice and helpful. However, the "company" price for a $120.00 whole house surge protector was $1000.00 which according to my calculations is an 833% write up (WOW). He spent less than 10 minutes with us showing us the "book" with the "company" price and answered all our questions. Apparently the scheduler on the phone cannot provide an "estimate" price even though there is a "company" book with the price in writing. Had we known the final cost we would not have scheduled this visit. Oh, Yea by the way the 10 minute visit costs $89.00. We would not recommend Ashbury Electric. However, we would recommend Don Henry!

The technician,William Calapodas, truly knows his craft. I've no connection to this man other than he diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts to fix my whole house Generac generator. Friendly and professional. Try finding that today.

Austin Patrick and his team did an excellent job for us. He and his team were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They were very gracious and amenable to answering the many questions we had. The work was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction, and they went over any instructions we needed to operate the system they installed. We would highly recommend Asbury Electric and Austin!

Isaac showed up and we talked through the installation of the Tesla Powershare Gateway and Universal Charger. He offered a variety of options for me and made sure we were both clear on the expectations of what work would be completed. He was friendly and professional.

I had a bad breaker and instead of just replacing it, John from Asbury Electric, took the time to explain to me what was causing the breaker to go bad every couple of years. We had two refrigerators linked to the same breaker. He installed a separate electrical source for our upright Freezer. He did a great job installing the new socket. Everything looks great and now my problem is fixed for good instead of a temporary repair. I highly recommend this company and John.

I had several issues that needed to be taken care of. Isaac explained everything carefully for me and did a wonderful job. His attitude was positive and he cleaned up after his work. I would highly recommend Isaac in the future.
