I was in need of a residential electrical company to diagnose and repair the electrical issues that I was having in my attic. And I needed it done sooner rather than later. I did a quick google search and Asbury Electric was the first company that popped up. Based on the 1100+ reviews, and the 4.9 average rating, I decided to give them a call.
I was fortunate that they had an opening the very next morning to send out one of their guys. Adam showed up on time, and after a quick discussion on what I believed the problem to be, he immediately went to work! He returned to me shortly and explained what he discovered upon his initial inspection, and told us that with our approval, he would proceed forward and take care of all the issues.
It spent a couple hours taking care of business, and before he wrapped it up, he kindly informed my wife and I of everything that he had addressed and resolved. He also provided some recommendations of things we may want to consider moving forward. I can’t say enough about Adam, and his professionalism, as well as his personal demeanor!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first called Asbury Electric, as I’ve never had to deal with an electrical company before, but after the experience I just had with them, I know who I will call for anything electrical in the future! The Riportella brothers came to my home today to install a bathroom ceiling fan and light fixture - as the existing was installed in 1992, the job had some complexity. They were simply outstanding. So happy I called Asbury Electric!

Buyer beware of this company, I had them come to my home to check out a crackling noise in my electrical box. The technician came out and he was very nice, he found the circuit that was overheating/burning and said he had one in his truck and would replace the burnt one and it should last maybe 6 months or so. Then he went into his salesman mode and said that we needed to replace our entire electrical panel with the lowest price being $7400.00 and the highest about $9500.00. After I picked my mouth up from the floor, he said they offered financing, my panel needed to be replaced due to the home's age (37 years) but I didn't understand why it costs so much, I had researched the replacement cost and the highest was $2500.00, huge difference from what they quoted me. Anyways, not even a week later and the panel is crackling again, so they didn't fix anything and now I'm freaking out because I'm afraid that my house was going to burn down. So, I got in touch with another Electrician that has done work for me before (he wasn't available when I initially called) and he inspected the panel and said that the previous tech should have known that my panel was a fire hazard, and that he could plainly see that the "bus board" that all the circuits are connected to was burnt. Then he said that we needed to get a fire extinguisher right away, just in case and that he would be back the next day to replace entire panel, cost $2500.00, not the ridiculous amount they wanted. So, I go down to the office located on Route 17 in Hayes and spoke with the Manager, telling him what had happened and that I felt that the $416.00 that I had paid them should be refunded to me because I was not made aware of the seriousness of the issue. Well, of course, he talked his talk and said the panel was old and it was just an evaluation and basically, he would talk to the tech and get back with me. He never called me back or refunded any money. I've attached pictures of the burnt circuit and the state of the electrical panel, and I was told by my trusted Electrician, that the new circuit that Asbury Electric installed was so melted that he couldn't even get it back out of the panel. So basically, I was charged $416.00 for nothing! Didn't want to give them any stars, but I had to highlight one to allow my post.

The EV Charger install quote was higher than expected, but the ended up a few dollars over another quote after a quick back and forth. The work was professionally done in under 2 hours and I am charging. Happy!

Stellar experience with John and his associate, Nathan. Full review of electrical systems in my home. The additional service provided was to install a replacement bathroom exhaust fan and a requested whole house surge protector. Personable, professional, and efficient appointment, which has always been the expected visits with Asbury Electric!

Don & his assistant were very professional, polite, thorough and described everything in senior terms. ☺️ I was very happy they did a diagnostic procedure to include checking out all receptacles. They found 1 indoor receptacle that was cracked and caulked around 1 outside receptacle to protect from rain water. I highly recommend Asbury Electric. 👍
