Aaron was the electrician. He was on time, professional, went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, friendly A super nice person. I have used Asbury Electric several times previously, and always happy with all the employees from the agents who answered the phone to the electricians who came out. I am very happy with the staff and highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

We had our power go out at 7am on one of the coldest days of the year. Waited for Dominion to assess their side of the power before finding out that we needed an electrician to correct the issue. Aaron was at my property on time and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Thanks again Aaron, we will be using you again.

Mr. Henry and an assistant arrived within the time window agreed upon, explained the diagnostic process and pricing methodology, and set about the work of locating the issues. He was methodical, knowledgeable, and professional and resolved the issue.

Don & his assistant were on time and went right to work. All items in the scope of work were completed quickly & efficiently. Recommended upgrade to bedroom lighting came out excellent. Would definitely use there services again.

Absolutely outlandish pricing! Asked for a ball park to add a switch controlled outlet next to the switch for my air handler and was not able to get one. Once the tech arrived he had his "straight forward pricing" book that listed any outlet withing so many feet as a 450 ( thats the discount price if you subscribe to them) fee plus the 89 dollar callout. Turned them away as this is less then 2 dollars of material. Tech said it was to cover their liability if something were to go wrong. I wouldn't feel comfortable with an electrician that needs a 22400% markup to cover labor and warranty... I'd question why they wouldn't make this "straight forward pricing" book available on line or at least to the schedulers but I'm pretty sure I know the answer. At least I know who not to call for a quote on my whole home generator.

Edit after response: then why not provide that "straight forward pricing" book information on your website so customers can be somewhat informed before getting stuck with a 89 dollar call out fee for nothing? It was listed in the book as "add an outlet within 10 feet", seemes pretty straight forward and no diagnostics nessary. My advice to others, look around before committing to this company.

Isaac and his associate were incredibly prompt (they were an hour early, which to me is unprecedented in the home repair realm!), knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire troubleshoot, repair, and installation process. They resolved the issue of a power outage in my child’s room/the hallway and installed new outlets in the problem area as well as a new GFCI outlet to coincide. Isaac didn’t just explain the root of the issue, but he took the time out of his work to show me the deficiencies so I’d gain understanding as a consumer.

He provided me with a full inspection of my home’s electrical scope, which he broke down into layman’s terms step-by-step. He also shared longer-term repair options with a detailed, no-pressure approach. Finally, they left their work space spotless! The process felt collaborative. Overall, through Isaac and his associate’s example, I believe what sets them apart from other providers in terms of professionalism is their courteous nature and sincere kindness.
