My wife and I have worked with Demond a few times now and have always been happy with both his work product and his honesty. He has always been practical with his proposed solutions, never tried to upsell, and we’ve never needed to follow up with any imperfect work. I’ve found his pricing to be fair as well.

Most recently he repaired our rotted soffit. When he couldn’t find the right sized boards he sourced them from a specialty store. He replaced old vents with nearly identical ones instead of reusing the old. He replaced all damaged fasteners for some old wiring hidden behind the fascia. We just had a heavy rain and everything held up beautifully. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

General contracting builder for this business leaves disgusting comments under social media posts such as calling some women “street walkers”. Would not give business to them awful behavior.

My experience with VHS was excellent, can’t say enough good things about this company. I needed to have a bedroom and bathroom in my home remodeled. Which required a removal of a wall and adding additional space into a existing closet. Resurfacing of floors and painting of walls.

We had a great experience with him coming out and fixing our daughters baseboards! The owners before us did a poor job with doing the baseboards and other work to the house. But he came in and fixed their mistake. He did quality work and I will be calling him for more projects very soon.

This company and their crew were great to work with. Gave us a good estimate and then stuck with that price. They got us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, worked efficiently, they were polite and considerate and reconnected the hose after use. We’ve put them in our contact book for future use.

Had Demond repair sections of an aging deck, and will have other projects for his team to do at our house. Excellent job - went above and beyond to ensure job was done right. Good communications. Recommended!!!

He was cognizant of our husky's safety, and cleaned up meticulously on a daily basis; in fact, our husky loved him! He was on-time for all scheduled appointments and exuded a gentlemanly manner and kind-spiritedness that set him apart from others. We had about 3 yards of dirt and broken concrete removed and once that was complete, they raked out the space to make it all look nice. As a new homeowner, renovations had me very stressed, thanks to VHS I can breathe and admire my beautiful floors, if you are looking for a professional, honest, and great-value do not hesitate in hiring then for your projects.. They painted my entire two story home fixed cracks, removed and installed new floors, and removed all trash.. I loved the in person consultation, prior starting, they evaluated everything I needed done. Moving forward I will not allowed anyone else to Complete my projects. Thank you!!!!

I hired Virginia Home Solutions to demolish and remove a concrete double sink from my basement. Montel was great, and got it broken down and removed quickly and efficiently. There was a mishap, but Demond and Isaac came the following morning to take care of the problem. Everyone was very professional and responsive, and pleasant to work with from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company.
