Constraction reviews in Henrico, Virginia

First class roofing and siding. Jose and his team are extremely professional and do an excellent job. We (Goodspeed Homes) have been working with them since 2016 on all of our roofing, siding and gutter project spanning from renovations to new construction.

We had a great experience with JRL Construction and Roofing. Had a small leak over the enclosed porch and Jesse (the estimator) came out (on time!), gave it a thorough inspection and made suggestions about a couple of issues. The estimate was reasonable so we decided to get it all done at once. The crew showed up at 7 a.m., worked a 12 hour day and came back to finish up early the next morning. They went above and beyond what we were expecting and hauled away all the debris. We appreciated Jose (the owner) and Jesse checking everything out before the job started and when they finished up. Definitely recommend and we'll call them again in the future if necessary.

They did an amazing job replacing our roof, siding and gutters. The crew was fast and friendly and took extra care cleaning up when everything was completed. Our home feels brand new and we couldn’t be happier. 10 out of 10!

Drew with JRL Roofing was very knowledgeable when it came to the roof. I would recommend JRL Roofing if you’re looking to get your roof repaired or replaced.

JRL has helped me twice with replacing my roof on my rental and personal home. They are professional, quick, and clean. Highly recommend giving them a call and trusting them with your biggest asset.

They recently helped me with a gutter installation. From start to finish, the communication was professional and clear. The crew was friendly and left everything clean. They came back to readjust and install gutter guards. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Thanks to the JRL Construction team for the fine job on my roof. Drew was fantastic in helping me deal with the insurance. Jose outstanding polite, kind and professional.

Recently, I had an opportunity to work with JRL Construction to replace the front slope of my roof. I initially started the claim process with the insurance agency myself. Luckily, JRL happened to be in my neighborhood and provided a free consult to assess the damage of my roof. They stepped in an volunteered to assist me with reviewing the initial scope from the insurance agency, who was only planning to replace the missing shingles on the roof. By the time JRL Construction collaborated with my insurance agency, I was all ready to get a half roof replacement. This helped so much, as I did not want to come out of pocket unnecessarily. From start to finish, the communication was consistent and clear, keeping me informed of each step of the process. Insurance payment was provided and JRL came out the very next day to finish the job. I am very pleased with the end product and would definitely recommend them to other homeowners for their construction and roofing needs.

JRL Roofing delivered! Hannah inspected my old roof and worked with my insurance company to fund the new roof. The replacement team worked quickly and carefully, even protecting the garden, and completed the project in one day!

I feel completely confident referring JRL Construction and Roofing to all of my clients. Their work is consistently professional, reliable, and high quality. They also handle projects for me personally on a regular basis, which reflects the trust I have in their workmanship and service.

I loved this company! They came out and gave me an estimate on my roof and when they were here they fixed a piece of my siding that was falling down and caulked it too! They also trimmed some small branches away from my roof and cleaned out my gutters which they did not have to do but did! Those boys were so sweet and told me to call if I had any other issues. I would totally refer this company to do work in the future. Good wholesome boys with old fashioned values, a rare quality in today’s society.

We are very happy with our new roof. Jose, Drew, and the crew have been a blessing to work with. They are always ready and willing to go above and beyond what most would expect. We would highly recommend JRL to anyone.

JRL construction replaced my roof with ease. There were no delays. Everyone was very nice and respectful. The job was complete in one day. I will refer to everyone I know that needs work on there roof. A plus plus plus!!!

Have nothing but great things to say about JRL Construction! Leesa is very professional and arranged for Drew to come out for a free roof inspection! Drew was very friendly and professional And did a thorough job with inspecting our roof and gave us an honest assessment. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He said we had 5 about 10 more years left on our roof after taking photos and measurements of shingle thickness.
I highly recommend this company! 😀

Fantastic work !!!! Siding and roof repairs were excellent and the crew worked really hard , very friendly and respectful.
They always cleaned up at the end off the day and made sure the property was taken care of.
100% would recommend to anyone looking for roof and siding work , and sure they would be top notch for anyother work that they offer .
Thank you for a job well done !

Awesome experience with JRL. Drew is the man! He took care of everything from start to finish dealing with the insurance company. Everything was clear and explained to me. He came out asap to do a roof inspection for me and sent everything to insurance. He also stopped by during the roofing process to make sure everything was going right. The roofers were professional, quick , and clean. My roof looks awesome now. I even met the owner who is very nice. The best part is that it’s a local company with professional results!

I had a very pleasant experience working with JRL recently for my roof replacement. From the beginning, Drew was helpful and on point with his evaluation, explaining the process, and laying out my options. Jose and Leesa were also very professional and courteous. Overall, the entire process was smooth and swift, and the new roof looks great!

Ordinarily I do not post reviews; however, I feel the need to express my gratitude for the professional service we received from JRL Construction.
So, I knew that our roof had some damage due to a recently discovered leak. The timing was so ironic, as Drew appeared one day with an offer to conduct a free roof inspection. I was on my way to work, which he said was fine, advising that he would complete the inspection and forward pics of the results. Drew is a man of his word, which I respect. Within the hour, I had received pics from him detailing the roof damage he had discovered. From there, Drew worked with us to determine the best route for us in terms of having our roof repaired by JRL. He handled everything with our insurance company efficiently and professionally. On construction day, Jose's crew came out early and did a remarkable job replacing our roof. They completed the entire project the same day, with excellent results. Our new roof compliments the entire home now. With that said, we would like to thank Jose, Drew and the entire JRL Construction team for a job well done. If anyone has any roofing related problems... JRL Construction is the only company you need to contact.

In addition, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you gift from JRL, after project completion. A beautifully customized wooden plaque. You can't get much classier than this!

I want to give a big shout out to everyone I dealt with at JRL. I called after a tree fell and damaged my roof and gutters. Leesa was able to get Drew out the same day to asses the damage. While there, Drew identified other problems I had that I didn't know about. Drew provided a solution and estimate and got his team out quickly to complete the repairs. The crew that did the work was efficient, professional and skilled. The work looked amazing and their cleanup after completing was amazing. I have future projects coming up and JRL will be my only choice to complete them.

The JRL team is the best! Best customer service and best roofing crew. I had my roof replaced by them and it turned out great. The roofing crew did an excellent job on the roof and clean up. The owner and his team are all very professional. I would certainly recommend them!

I recently had my roof replaced by JRL Construction and Roofing.
I appreciate all they did to help me navigate this process. They kept me informed the entire time and if something had to change they explained it and told me feel free to get another opinion. The work was impeccable, they were on the job each morning as promised. They constantly cleaned up on the job to keep things from piling up. I highly recommend JRL Construction and Roofing.
