JRL Construction and Roofing Company provided me a free estimate that included new roof, siding, an windows installation at my home. The representative was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His estimate was very detailed while itemizing both the labor and the cost. I was never pressured to sign a contract or rush through the whole process. We are being relocated under a corporate move and needed a new roof ASAP. Drew came out within hours of our call, explained everything, and provided a highly competitive quote. He also understood our urgency of completing the job before the appraisal and was willing to get his crew on site the following week. We had to submit all quotes to our corporate relocation company as they are helping to sell the house and they decided on a company they had a regional agreement with but we still appreciate Drew and JRL and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service experience. This company was referred to my mother through a family member and they came over and did a one on one consultation, climbed the roof to survey the damage, took pictures and presented them to us to assess how we wanted to our policy to be utilized to the fullest extent. They communicated with us throughout every step of the process and presented a quality finished product that will last our house for years to come. JRL did a terrific deck replacement for my grill deck. I had a trek patio installed 4 years ago and the wood grill deck was getting past the point of patching and painting. Jose and Drew gave me an excellent quote and their team spent a day and a half on the project. They replaced a lot of wood that was moisture damaged and produced a beautiful grill deck that matches well with the patio and house.

I would give them 20 stars if I could. Junior and his crew are exceptional! Junior is very responsive. He works within your budget. Their work is beautiful from beginning to end. They care about small jobs as much as big jobs. Junior even came over on a Sunday when I had a plumbing emergency. I highly recommend JRL construction for any job you have! Work they did for me: design and building a new storage structure, concrete work, fencing, install hot tub, garage door, electrical work, furniture building, design and building bookcases, fixing fans, caulking, plumbing, and more.

JRL was an excellent contractor! I had ventilation added to my roof which was replaced 7 years ago, and you would never be able to tell that they added vents. I also had new gutters installed! They look fantastic! All of the workers were professional, clean, and seem to truely care about the quality of their work. I am extremely happy with the results!

JRL Construction came out and replaced my back door. It was rotten & falling away from the house. They worked on it hard to make sure the door closed properly and was perfectly level. The owner, Jose, even came out to check on the work and make sure I was happy with the work. The guys were professional, did excellent work, and even took away all of the trash & old door. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them out for future projects. Very happy with our new door! I appreciate there hard work and being so honest with there work ethics

Drew and crew!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! The work you did repairing my roof, kick-outs, and L joints is amazing! Not many companies address just the issue. You focused on the immediate problem, and the solution. You were so detailed with the roof inspection and took your time explaining the repair and handled the work with care! The pricing was reasonable for an out-of-pocket expense (home warranties is a scam...lol). You guys, however, are top notch. You made this process painless. All the materials from the siding for the house to the roof is the perfect match and the small issues you found save me a left lung, two fingers and eye ball cartilage 🤣

If you want quality, fast, reasonable, trustworthy service JRL is who you BETTER call!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor or company. I would strongly urge you to stay away from this company at all costs. Rus (Ruslan Porotikov) installed 200 sq ft of luxury plank vinyl at my home. Here is my experience:

1. The finished product looked decent.
Cons:
1. I reached out to him after seeing his ad online. Instead of coming to my home for a quote, he simply asked me for photos of the area that needed to be done. I sent the photos and I also informed him that the area was roughly 250 sq ft. From that information he was able to provide a quote. When he showed up to start the job, he reassessed the area and told me “this rarely happens but I have to charge you more than I originally quoted you because the job requires more detailed cuts than I originally thought”. He was referring to the transition areas, closets, toilet, and bathroom sink which he had to work around. All these features were clearly shown in the photos that I sent him. Additionally, he had acknowledged the toilet during his original quote because he instructed me to buy a specific part that was needed to reinstall the toilet after the flooring in that area complete. Furthermore, when he measured the area himself, he informed me that it was about 200 sq ft instead of 250; just to be clear it was 50 sq ft less than what I originally told him. Even still he insisted that he had to charge me an extra $400 to complete the job. I needed to get this completed before the holidays, so I bit the bullet and agreed to pay the additional money. Nonetheless this shows his lack of professionalism and customer service.
2. He showed up at a different time each day. Usually some time between 10am-12pm. He originally told me that the job would take 2-3 days. It ended up taking 5 days. He took 1 day off in between that so the work was completed over a span of 6 days. His workday ranged from 4-6 hours depending on the day, which contributed to the timeframe being extended. He probably could have finished in the original 2-3 days if he showed up earlier and worked a consistent daily schedule. My family had to work around him for a whole week. I have a wife and small children; his inconsistency inconvenienced us all. Again, a lack of professionalism and common courtesy on his part.

I will continue on another review, character limit exceeded.

I used United Flooring to install ceramic tile flooring in my sunroom, as well as to replace existing tile in the bathroom with new ceramic tile. Rus was extremely helpful, friendly, affordable, and did a great job overall. He was punctual and got the jobs done in a timely manner. Other companies quoted me MUCH more and said they wouldn't be able to get my work scheduled for a few months. Rus answered promptly and came by the following week to get started. He did not mess anything up, was polite, and flexible with scheduling. He even helped me out and was understanding when there was an unexpected plumbing issue after he removed the toilet. I would highly recommend Rus for any tile needs, so much so that I will be using him again to do my kitchen backsplash. Thanks again, Rus, you gave our house a much needed makeover!
