He is the only one who responded during the holiday weekend. The knob on my sink blew into the ceiling and flooded my restroom. Communication was good, he brought the right parts. Explained everything he was doing. Very friendly service.
He was very professional, came out very fast! He was very honest, explained everything before he did anything. Explained all the risks there was using machine in my old pipes. He got the clog out with no damage to my pipes. Went above & beyond! I've found my plumber for life!
Scheduled a time to meet at 2 properties for Tuesday morning. Called me Monday at 5 pm and was upset when I missed his call and he was at the properties. When I called him back 3 minutes later, he told me I sound like a cheap skate because I hired one of the jobs to a handyman because it was just a small repair and the guy I hired started immediately (like I needed). He said I couldn’t afford him if I would hire a handyman for a small job. I then asked well do you have a base price for replacing a single stories house with 3 bathrooms and he said $20,000. I guess he was right but still very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time unless you want to spend top top dollar and probably get insulted at the same time.
Wasted money on his advice to empty an old septic tank and blowed $400 for nothing when we were connected to the city water line were the clog was in the main line.
Came to heritage apartment on 3 different times for the same problem, drains back up to the second floor..950 each time and he didn't fix it .he doesn't know what he's doing and 2850 Later for a drain stopped up and then he starts screaming for his check ,then comes by late at night and sprays the the later is a whole on brick with spray paint..worst plumber ever So I went and rented a 100 foot snake and about 60 feet i hit the clog and it went down and haven't had no problem since.. And he was drinking on the job..what a joke this guy is
