Constraction reviews in Lorton, Virginia

I was a little bid worried about this rather pricey choice of remodeling but Kitchen Saver was still the best option for us. We did not want a major renovation but a new look and a few updates. This allowed us to keep the granite counter tops and appliances in place and it was all done in 5 days! I can’t praise our “kitchen artist” Trae high enough for the excellent work he did. He was always in time and very polite. Such a hard worker! Best of all, he left the kitchen every evening clean and usable.
We only ran in to a problem when it came to installing the new range hood. We had to hire another contractor for that and he had a hard time making it fit. In hindsight we should have had that and all the drywall work taken care off before the cabinets were finished. A lot of dirt and unnecessary tumult. I wish KS would offer their service from start to finish!

I love love love my new kitchen! Wish I had done it years ago. And I have nothing but great things to say about our installer - Yurco Zhovnir. His work was flawless, he was super friendly and finished one day earlier than expected. His workmanship was impeccable. Our kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen. I can't help but smile every time I see my new kitchen. Thank you Kitchen Saver and Yurco!!!!

Will Ramos did the installation for Kitchen Saver of VA. He arrived Monday morning to begin the teardown of cabinets and completed the refacing, new cabinets and new doors on Friday evening the project was completed. Every evening when he left the kitchen was clean and ready for us to use. Will was very professional and our kitchen is beautiful

I recently had my kitchen updated by Kitchen Saver, and I must say they did a phenomenal job! The final product exceeded my expectations. Contractors Eric and Will were a pleasure to work with, extremely professional and meticulous in their craft! Every day when their work was completed, my house was left in immaculate condition. They are thorough and efficient; this project was scheduled to take 10 days but was completed in nine. I will say you get what you pay for when you select kitchen savers to reface your cabinets. These cabinets are so beautiful. Everyone believes they’re brand new.

My mother Emily Whiting had her cabinets refaced , I am reviewing and not her because she doesn’t have Google.
Edgar Machado did fabulous work, and I wanted him to get recognition and the bonus that is owed to him by the company !

Thanks Edgar !!!

From the start, getting our “new” kitchen was a highly efficient process and the materials are very high quality. Customer satisfaction clearly matters to this company. The salesman was patient with all our questions; the office was constantly informative about scheduling (and, again, answered all questions); the installer was prompt, kept the worksite clean at the end of each day and did a fine job putting all the pieces together. There were only two relatively small items on our punch list at the end of the job, and those were taken care of quickly. The result is a beautiful updated kitchen! Zero complaints!

Kitchen Saver was a 5 Star experience from beginning to end. Clear communication, streamlined process, quality materials, and completed in 10 days! What more could you want. Taylor, our design consultant, had great suggestions to make our kitchen more functional. Will, our installer, was an exceptional craftsman who deserves more than 5 stars. He was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and cleaned up daily. Will kept us informed daily of how the project was progressing. Thanks to the entire Kitchen Saver Team for our beautiful kitchen transformation. We love it!

Edgar did a bang-up job with our kitchen cabinet refinishing project, navigating a difficult weather situation (snow and ice that made road transportation and DC parking difficult) and even working on the weekend to finish the project as close as possible to its original schedule. The finished product looks just as we expected. We found Kitchen Savers to provide a high quality product and top-notch, well-coordinated experience for a reasonable price and would use them again for future projects.

Excellent work and workers. Great attention to details.

They did a wonderful job! They were prompt, neat and professional. I highly recommend!

Innovative Inc. did a great job painting my entire house exterior and fixed all the rotten wood and throughout my property. They are amazing and highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

Innovative Painters were outstanding! The work was high quality and the service was the best. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.

Innovative Inc. Painting & Home Improvement repaired 4 (6” X 12”) holes that were created in the cathedral ceiling of my sunroom after I had removed the remnants of an old, defunct, HVAC air handling system from my attic. The holes were the remnants of where 4 return air vent grills were previously located in the ceiling. They also repaired drywall damage on the ceiling that was caused by a previous water leak in the roof. In addition to the above repairs, they also replaced old spackle tape that had lifted up at the corner where the ceiling meets the wall leaving an unsightly 1/8” gap. After all repairs were completed they painted the sunroom. They did a great job in only 6 hours and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All I had to do was sit down and enjoy the ambiance of my sunroom again.

Outstanding service and care are hallmarks of work done by Innovative. I highly recommend them to anyone needed external or internal painting and/or repairs.

Quick quote. Great price and work. This was for a garage that needed the drywall finished and then painting. Will use them again!

Alexander Arias and his team of Innovative INC. Painting & Home Improvement were wonderful! Wonderful with scheduling, wonderful with prep work, wonderful work, and wonderful customer service no matter how many times I've had to change my dates. Love the process and care that they had provided me and my family with our requested services! Thank you, Alex!

Fantastic job painting my bathroom and partial bedroom. Thorough paint job and he cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend.

Alexander and his crew and the entire process was so efficient - from scheduling the estimate to the day of painting! In just about 8 hours, they painted three rooms in our house, including set up, clean up, and multiple coats. They took tremendous care of the flooring in the rooms and throughout the house. The rooms look flawless. When I decide to paint anywhere else in the house, I am definitely calling Alex again and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I hired Innovative for a large interior paint job and exterior washing of whole house. Their knowledge and experience was impressive and I expected five star service. I am rating three stars. I didn't expect to have to act as general contractor on very basic level of painting on the main floor and living room area and exterior cleaning of the porch floor. On the first day, the paint lead began to debate what was on the order and I had to be firm with the job description. They didn't remove the doors to sand and they said that was not what they do. I pointed out several brush strokes on hardwood floors and tile. They fixed my findings but given the large area I didn't find them all. More care should have been taken with my electric blinds and curtains. The blinds are still not functioning. The exterior screen porch was hand washed but they didn't move any of the furniture to wash the floor. They also didn't move any furniture on the front porch.

This was my second experience with Alex and the team and again they were thorough and professional. I asked them to do some handyman work in addition to the painting and was very pleased with that work as well. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
