Constraction reviews in Lorton, Virginia

Innovative’s crew could not have been better… respectful of property, efficient and thorough, and very skilled. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We were very pleased with Innovative Painting. Their estimate, although not the lowest, was very competitive and detailed which were key factors in selecting them. Alex was very responsive when we had questions. The painters were thorough, efficient, and took great care to ensure that things like nail pops (many) were repaired. Furniture was carefully moved and protected throughout. We recommend Innovative Painting.

We are repeat customers of Innovative Painting. Both times we have been very happy with their painting skills and professionalism. They painted exterior brick (and wood siding first job) as well as one interior room that needed a lot of patch work. They did such a good job with the patch work it's impossible to tell old from new and where the two areas meet. The exterior brick needed repair/fill-in in multiple places and looks seamless. They also did extra work cleaning up old electrical/cable wires and swapping out old light fixtures for new ones. Beautiful job painting and clean up. They prepped all the areas so nicely with plastic and tape, no drips anywhere inside or out. Alex is always on time for meetings and quick with estimates and followup communication. Painting crew on time each morning and great communication/professionalism. Will definitely reach out to them again for our next project.

The crew was excellent! They were on time, professional, and took great pride in their work. We are very pleased with the job they did. Alex was easy to work with, very friendly and did the job on the schedule and price we agreed to.
Highly recommend!

Excellent work with a very good price point. Quickly accommodated me for a short notice major job. Painted my entire 3,800 sq foot house within a week. Workers showed up on time every day and thoroughly protected my floors and staircases. The workers were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Alex quickly added on additional work that I requested at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and I highly recommend them to you!

No complaints at all. Innovative Inc. Painting & Home Improvement repainted our front door, shudders, and cleaned and repainted our screened in porch. We are completely satisfied with their communication, professionalism, price, and quality work. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Amazing job painting the bedroom we needed done. Very friendly from the time they came by to do the quote and when they painted the room. Took great care to prep the room and did a very professional job. Highly recommend and will use them again!!

The team arrived exactly on time and was very professional, respectful, and courteous. They were methodical in their process a completed the work exactly as asked. They requested and we conducted a careful walk through after the work was completed, and I was very satisfied. Their work was excellent.

Very responsive. Excellent crew. High quality, timely work. There were some unusual circumstances with my project which Alex and the crew handled with apparent ease. High quality job and superior clean up.

Innovative Painting just finished the second large contract for painting 100' of outdoor metal deck railing and ornate entry gate. The work was excellent and like all of the work they do foe me complete, perfect and beautiful. The second half of the job was preparing and staining a very large deck and painting all facia trim on the deck. Use them they are absolutely the best.

Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly recommend. Larry and his team went to great lengths to ensure we were satisfied with the results of our kitchen. Richards Construction provided us with various options for remodeling, along with honest, detailed explanations of quality and specifications.

They are the absolute best! They did such a great job on my kitchen ( and several bathrooms) 18 years ago and it is still working so well. They pay attention to detail and listen to the customer!
