Constraction reviews in Lorton, Virginia

Free Lance Maintenance left me extremely satisfied. He helped get most the major rooms ready for my babies arrival. He hung up my tv, assisted with furniture in the master bed room, and put together all the furniture in the nursery! Best experience, very professional, and quick.

Thank you Lance for putting the garbage disposal in and my new faucet. I am enjoying it & Larry, Lance, for working on my home putting screens in the windows and fixing my panel on my home in the front You all did an excellent job. Customer service is off the change. You're on time that's a plus. I know I will use you as my go to person. Lance, Lance is the man if he can't do it nobody can.

Big parking area

These guys came through for me when I was in a pinch and needed some work done in my bathroom of a house I just bought. Completed everything on time and on budget. Good guys

These are the most DISRESPECTFUL guys I have come across in a very long time.
No way I would trust them to put a roof on a dog box.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They did a very good job at my place. Will use them anytime I’m doing some renovations.

Frank is a pro, highly recommend them and will use them again. Most appreciative of his completion.

Frank has been doing work for us for a few years now and every project no matter big or small he shows up on time and does a great job! He’s prices are always very reasonable:)

Excellent service . Frank is super reliable ; reasonable priced and he always does an excellent job. From the small jobs to the large jobs. I don’t call anyone but his company .

Frank and company replaced my vanity for me and hung up my mirror. They did a great job of it and I appreciated how much care they took to make sure all was neat and clean afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

This is the best company I have dealt with thus far. They are neat clean do an excellent job honest and are affordable. I use them for everything now and recommend them to others. I will be a long time customer and I promise anyone that hires them satisfaction.

JPM Construction has not let me down. They have done three home improvement projects and each time it’s wonderful! Next up, bathroom remodel. They are professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend Frank and his team!

For a reasonable price Frank did a great job installing a toilet at my rental property and completing some minor repairs. He was very accommodating and my tenant was happy with her interactions with him. I will be calling him for future projects or maintenance at the property.

Let me tell you!!! I needed work done in my bathroom and I called this company. I reached Frank and that was the best thing I've ever done. He was so professional in communicating with me. He was on-time and explained to me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. The job was done promptly and looked amazing. I would highly recommend this company and FRANK!!!!

We just bought a 3 BR townhouse, but needed a 4th BR, and the ground floor den area was a great opportunity. The JPM Construction team provided outstanding recommendations for design of a wall to create a new BR complete with a closet and newly wired recess lighting. The job took 3 days from start to finished painting, at it's perfect. Our son now has a good sized bedroom and the house entrance way looks better than it did when we bought the house. Great team, great craftsmanship, great price. Highly recommend to anyone in the NOVA area looking to do home improvements!

All the work JPM has done for us has been amazing. So far, they poured a new concrete slab to be the foundation of our home gym, assembled a 10x14 shed that came with very vague instructions, built a raised garden bed, and repaired water damage above our fireplace. Frank is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly! The team was always on time and worked so hard. He was also extremely patient with the re-scheduling we had to do with such a rainy spring and outdoor projects.

We will absolutely use JPM again, and already have another project planned.

Love the deck that Frank and his company built on my property last October. JPM Construction and his workers arrived on time every morning and were very polite and conscientious. All my questions were always answered. His price was very reasonable, too. I called him 2 days go to help with issues on the roof and the gutters that needed to be secured. The next morning he arrived and completed all tasks. He installed electrical boxes in the attic and cleaned up extra wiring that was not needed. I highly recommend Frank for any handyman issues. He is licensed and insured...this is very important for any work being done in your home.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that Frank and his crew did for us. JPM Construction finished our kitchen in just about a week and a half and it looks stupendous. The quality of the work is second to none. Frank was very responsive when it came to communication when a change in design or additions to the primary design where desired. I highly recommend JPM construction for your next remodeling.

It was the best experience. JPM Construction LLC was very professional and have been very attentive to our needs. Frank and his crew was honest
and upfront. They were there every morning waiting to work and they worked really hard. Their craftsmanship was really very high quality. My basement was picture perfect after they were done with it.

I can't recommend JPM enough. They are a one-stop shop for anything you need. They painted my entire home and were finished in two days, it looks wonderful. They installed fans and new plumbing fixtures while they were at it. The team is communicative and timely. A detailed (and reasonable) quote was provided and they really went above and beyond, were careful with my belongings. 10/10, I'll never go anywhere else.

Frank and his crew are amazing. My kitchen cabinets needed this facelift.
