Constraction reviews in Lorton, Virginia

We recently had an attic ladder installed so we could make more practical use of our attic space for storage. The quote from the company we used for that job was really high, so we got a quote from JPM. Their price was reasonable and we decided to proceed. They were here yesterday and did great work! They showed up on time and worked hard all day to deliver beyond our expectations for the attic storage space. Each of the workers were kind and respectful and they left our home clean as well. Hope to work with JPM on other projects in the future!

Frank and his team were fantastic. We converted a loft into a bedroom, redid a powder room, and made a new room in the basement for a gym. Frank’s team arrived the same time every day, worked hard throughout the day, and delivered quality work. Everyone was easy to communicate with and quickly understood our plans and requests. He absolutely delivered on time and with a great attention to detail. Also, the team did a great job with painting and did it the right way.

Highly recommend JPM Construction LLC! Our first major project as home owners - Frank and his awesome team did not disappoint. 100% reliable and transparent they came through on their promises. So glad we chose JPM! Book with confidence - JPM will deliver!

Frank, Maritza and team are fantastic! Very high quality work, friendly and done very efficiently as well as cost effective! They have completed countless little things that need to be fixed but also installed my kitchen backsplash and now built out a closet wall. Cannot recommend them enough!

We finally found our permanent contractor for all of our service needs. I cannot rave enough about how great this Company is. Frank and his team were hired for a ground up Master Bathroom remodel. Frank had the best communication of any company I've dealt with in 10 years in the area. Frank and his team arrived on time every day. They were professional and the work is incredible. They finished a week faster than any other Company estimated. This was primarily due to their absolute dedication to their work. They stayed late when needed, to finish important steps. They worked weekends based on our schedule. You can tell that Frank cares about the quality of his work. We've already booked Frank to finish our basement and have several more projects that we will use his Company for. If you have had previous bad experiences with Contractors in the area...I encourage you to give JPM a call. You will not be disappointed.

Frank is honest and helped us tremendously when we needed to finish our house construction. They did a beautiful job with a curved drywall staircase, installed all our lights for us and did some framing. I would recommend Frank and his team.

Can’t say enough good things about JPM. Frank was so responsive and we are so happy with the work done on our flooring project. Attention to detail, efficient and timely. Estimate was dead on. We will go the JPM for all home repair/remodeling services that the company provides. Beyond 5 stars!!!!!

Frank and the team did an outstanding job. They were very professional and performed the install in my 2 bathrooms. My older home had no exhaust fans for the shower. It looks great.

I have used JPM for a number of services. They have power washed my house, put my kitchen and basement back together after burst pipes, more recently remodeled a bathroom and replaced chandeliers and hung mirrors. They are clean, fast, timely, and very professional. Most importantly very responsive. My bathroom was completely done in less than a week.

Had 3 external doors that did not open and close well. Frank came over and did a quick estimate. After we approved the estimate, he sent over one of his crew. He did a great job and all 3 door work perfectly now. Efficient and fair pricing. I will be hiring them again to do other work.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Frank and JPM Construction. They were responsive, able to schedule our bathroom renovation sooner than originally expected. They provided recommendations since this was new territory for us. I write this review a couple months after the work to make sure everything was done properly, and I can confirm we have received quality work from the team. Most importantly, they finished the work within the agreed upon time at the agreed upon price. We highly recommend, and look forward to working with JPM for future projects!

I hired JPM Construction to install an attic ladder in my home. The crew arrived on time and were extremely clean, covering everything in plastic / floor tarps to make sure the room didn't get dirty and vacuuming the area clean once the construction was complete. They assisted with placement of the new ladder opening and the construction was quick and easy. Payment and approval of the estimate was very easy via a simple to use interface online.

Would definitely recommend!

Frank and JPM Construction have done various projects at my home with amazing results. His team is efficient and do the best work and I can’t recommend him enough. They have renovated my Bathroom, living and even installed a new fence, all with amazing results. I highly recommend him and his team for your next home renovation project
