Incredible experience working with Dima in the dmv pool company. I had some family friends decide to come out of town last minute and wanted to get my pool working again I was a little bit worried about the cost of getting it to start working again but I called Dima and not only did he work with me on the price but he was there the next day and got it done within three hours. He is one of the nicest guys around. I would certainly recommend him and his company

I needed some tile and coping facelifting. Other companies would give a quote but kept changing pricing on me and seemed sketchy. I usually do most of my pool regular service and maintenance myself, but sometimes I need some outside help. The guys at DMV pool service know what they're doing. They have no problem tackling the issues that are beyond what I want to do myself. Their experience and care about their work is apparent, and the prices are more than fair.

DMV Pool Service replaced our pool heater several years ago. Prompt service at a reasonable price. Had occasion to call upon them recently to replace pool water piping near the filter, restart the system and clean the pool. Contacted Dimitri, the owner, last week.
He came the next day, gave me reasonable estimate for the work. The following day he showed up with his crew and completed the work within hours. Wow! Could not have asked for any better or more professional response from any pool service company. Believe me, you can't go wrong using DMV.

What really impressed me with DMV Pool Service, is their thoughtfulness. I still remember my first service with them, as technician was closing pool he walked me through process and things to look out for during winter, suggested I take pictures of pool filter model to have for future reference when I should need to purchase replacement. Send courtesy notice to check water levels, they dont have to but they do.

I can’t say enough good things about Di and the crew at DMV. I’ve hired probably 10 different pool services in three different states and I have NEVER had the level of support or professionalism I got with these guys. They did a FANTASTIC job on the pool remodel, they were fairly priced, and prompt. Unlike other pool services, there were never any excuses or unexplained issues. Di always does a great job explaining what’s happening, what the schedule is going to be, and what I can expect. I was never surprised and always felt that Di was giving me great advice. His crew was great too. Very polite, very professional. I’ve had them do a re-plaster, re-tile, open and close service as well. I’m always impressed with their work. If I had one regret, it was that I didn’t call them sooner. I wish all the contractors I hired were as good as these guys as I wouldn’t have any issues. Again, can’t recommend them enough. I don’t ever leave reviews for contractors because I’m usually disappointed. But these guys absolutely deserve 5 stars, and I think all the other 5 star reviews are proof. Hire these guys and you won’t be disappointed.

DMV maintained our pool for the past two years, renovated the pool including replacing the tile and installed anchors for the cover after the concrete was replaced. We have used several pool companies over the past 30 years. DMV has provided the most professional service at a reasonable price. We are pleased with the service and will continue our contract with DMV.

We have been using DMV pool services for 10 year and have been very happy with their services. The owner and his crew know what they are doing and are professional in the services they provide. They are diligent in letting you know if they are running late due to rain etc. they have also installed my pool slide which was not a simple job. Overall we are happy and would recommend their services.

Highly recommend using DMV for your pool servicing needs. I've used different companies in the past and DMV by far is the best. They are super responsive, professional and won't try getting over on you by recommending repairs that aren't necessary. I will definitely be using them from here on out!

Excellent company that we have used for the last 3 years. The owner is very hands on and is always very responsive. DMV refinished our pool and spa so beautifully that it looks brand new. We have used several pool services in the area and DMV is by far the best hands down. They are very professional, knowledgeable, the pricing is fair and reasonable and they always go the extra mile to make sure that everything is perfect. Knowledgeable, punctual, consistent, and super friendly as well as cost conscious too! Helped us convert over to salt instead of chlorine and am just blown away with what Dimitri and his team won't do. A++++

Dimitri is incredibly helpful on the phone, trying to problem solve and help new pool owners understand the pool pump, filtering process and other functions. He responds quickly; and patiently explains things in a helpful way. His crew is excellent; punctual, professional and also very knowledgeable/informative. They troubleshoot until they find the problem causing a system not to work. DMV has the best prices compared to others in the region. We will use them again. Highly recommend!

We could not be more pleased with the service of Di and his team at DMV Pool Service. Our swimming pool was in poor shape when we bought our house. DMV Pools replaced the coping/tiles and repaired/resurfaced our pool. They were very reliable and professional. I would highly recommend them for any pool work.

Our pump motor died right before a big party. I called in a panic, and they were able to come out the same day. The crew was fantastic—they replaced the motor quickly, cleaned up every trace of their work, and even gave me a quick lesson on maintaining the new system. The pool was running better than ever just hours later.
