Just bought a new house and desperately needed the lawn mowed after weeks of being vacant. Callled Town&Country late Friday and they showed up first thing Monday morning. Thank you Town&Country!

Absolute worst customer service ever. I have extensive landscaping on my property - and while Jeff at Town and Country initialized it and charged me a fortune - ever since they have lied, missed appointments, ripped me off AND used my lawn/landscaping (which I have had other companies work on since) to make money and get referrals. I would never refer Jeff at Town and Country and warn people to stay far away from him. Do not use Jeff at Town and Country for any Landscaping.

Spring yard clean up was perfect. I have a large yard and tons of debris from Winter. The team did a phenomenal job in weeding mulching trimming and hauling away months of accumulation of dead tree limbs and leaves.

We hired Town & Country to do hardscaping for our walkway and also installing a retaining wall in the backyard. There is very poor communication with this company. After a year of the pavers being installed, there are areas that are settling badly and moss is already growing in between. We have tried in multiple occasions to get this corrected under their 1 year labor warranty. They did a terrible job trying to correct it. In addition they quoted us a job to install top soil and then left the retaining wall partially filled in. I would highly discourage anyone from hiring them. We spend over $20K and are very unhappy with the results.

Initially we were very happy with T&C's level of support to helping us figure out what we wanted to do with our landscaping. Once we had committed and started the project, they were still fairly committed to completing the project. We spent a lot of $$ on it, so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, they hounded us for final payments even when there were a few things that were left unresolved (new plants that had died were not replaced, there was a ridge in our backyard where they put in a pipe that they didn't smooth out, the grass was full of weeds where they had planted new grass, and the drainage problem that we hired them to fix was never fully resolved. Once we made our final payment, despite promises from them to come back and finish, they became very unresponsive about fixing the unresolved issues and we are still waiting.

Get your driver off his phone while driving, so he dosent hit my vehicle as he is not paying attention to anything on the road and if I didnt slam on my brakes he would have hit my vehicle. Then dude has the nerve to put his phone towards me like he is recording me after he almost hit my vehicle driving your company vehicle irresponsibly. As someone who drives a conpwny vehicle this is unacceptable. I-95 NB @ MM 152, by the truck weigh station on Monday 11/25/24 @ 2:50PM. Learn to drive, check your mirrors, put the phone and attitude down!!!

Town and Country has provided our landscaping services for two decades. They have been consistent year round in showing up on time for our lawn and leaf removal services. The administrative office is excellent and has worked with us on coordinating numerous projects such as fixing drainage issues, tree removal and cleaning our gutters.

I have used T&C Landscaping for about 16 years to cut and trim my yard. By and large they do a good job and are responsive. Sometimes I need to remind them to NOT blow grass clippings into the mulch beds and to empty the grass catchers more often. Overall however they do a great job and I that is why I have used them for 16 years!

T&C did a spring clean-up and spread 6 yards of mulch for us. The yard looked great after they finished. Beds were edged and weeded and the mulch looked great! They even cut my grass for no extra charge. T&C always does an excellent job for me. I've been using them for the last 3 years.

I scheduled Osman and another individual to pick up and move a solid wood table (seats 10) from one location to another. The second individual I was told was delayed due to traffic. Limited to a specific pick up time, Osman was very helpful with getting the table move to the destination location. He arrive to pick up the on time, had a vehicle that the table would fit in and provided blankets to warp the table to protect it and the finish. He also brought securing straps for furniture. He was on time, well prepared with the necessary material and equipment to do the work. He was up beat and positive the entire time despite the issues that had to be dealt with.

Osman is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the service. Great communication all-around. I would 100% recommend this company for any future moving or junk removal.

Osman and his team were phenomenal, professional, and showed so much delicate care before, during, and after the process. They were efficient, and the MOST REASONABLE MOVING COMPANY price wise. Moving stressful as it is for any family, but they took that burden off of us, mentally and financially. Will be using and recommending them to anyone and everyone!

I've moved 2 times, and both times, I was moved by Osman. He is very authentic, caring, understanding, prompt, updates you about his location, arrives on time, takes care of your stuff to be moved, affordable, works around your schedule, very positive, and friendly. I've recommended him friends, and I recommend him to anybody for your moving needs.

Osman took his time and went over all the removal items with me, moved a few things that I changed my mind about and decided I want to keep, , and he even helped me to choose which 2 of the 4 dining chairs looked better to keep. He cleaned up after and was very careful throughout the process.
