Says the store is open. I bring two rugs to drop off for cleaning. Doors locked, no answer when calling. An electrician showed up and said I can leave my rugs but had no idea about cost or anything. I certainly will never waste my time driving here again. I suggest you find another location too.

Transformationally beautiful job on my large oriental rug! Rug had wear and tear plus cat and dog living on it and Steve worked magic. He made the entire process, from pick up to return delivery, seamless and easy.

I hired them to clean some rugs but upon inspection they were too moth damaged to even be able to clean much less repair. I appreciated their honesty and saving me the $$ to clean them and they helped me throw the in the dumpster. They were not even going to charge me...so I tipped them for their time and effort. Steve and Team rescued our kilim rug that we brought home with us from Morocco - our cats had soiled the rug which was the trigger for me to call, but there were already quite a few stains that built up over the years. First contact was with Steve by phone, rest was over text and they picked up the carpet and delivered it back within a week free of any odors and got rid of most of the stains.

I can’t say enough about my experience having an area rug cleaned! They picked up the rug when it was convenient for me and dropped it off in perfect shape! Steve was so friendly, courteous and professional!
