    The parking space is so small it's hard to park. It is narrower because of illegally parked vehicles. Unloading is slow and I don't want to go there again.

    Johnny was amazing! Professional and courteous. You can tell that he takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. Beautiful workmanship! I am sad to cover the pipes up with drywall. I will always use Johnny and 20/20 Drain Clean & Plumbing for all of my plumbing work. Johnny installed a tankless water heater, rerouted all gas lines including a large one that ran through a large portion of the house, raised the shower faucet, repaired the toilet flange, repaired and replaced old water pipes disclosed when we renovated our bathroom and reduced the size of massive water pipes and vents in our ceiling allowing us to raise the ceiling level of our bathroom. He was wonderful to have in our house, polite, and professional! I love the text message updates from the office confirming appointments and that the plumber is in route. The ease of payment is also wonderful. Their office technology makes working with this company easy!

    We had a horrible installation of a hot water heater by ADI Construction. In slightly more than a year the entire system was rusted and falling apart. Jay and Abdul were great in working with the manufacturer to get a replacement unit and correcting all of the installation issues that were present. We are engaging them for ongoing maintenance. This company was recommended by AO Smith, the manufacturer, and we couldn't be happier!
