I first had Merlin and his guys out last year to trim up a hickory tree. I asked if they’d also leave me a pule of 18” logs for firewood. Not only was the trimming fast and efficient, but they carried the logs up the slope and put them
Next to our fire pit. Very kind of them!
Today they came out and took down a walnut that has been in bad shape for a while. They made quick and efficient work of that and left zero trace (no brush, no sawdust, no loose
Walnuts, etc.).
All the workers wear good safety gear and have very thorough rope supports.
I’m not a tree climber but they seem to run a very good and safe business.

WisdomTreeServiceLLC butchered a stately oak tree in our community at the request of a homeowner with no right to manage the pruning or cutting of that tree. The tree sits between two townhome sections, clearly on community property. WisdomTree violated principle s of proper tree management by leaving the tree canopy very lopsided, by over-pruning within the same year, by not having permission of the owner of the tree (the HOA) to climb the tree. It was a lovely, healthy, grand tree, recently pruned (with HOA permission) by a certified arborist. Now it has a severely miss-shaped canopy and may suffer an early death due to the stress of over pruning. The quality of landscape in my community is irrevocably damaged by their poor quality of work.

I hired Wisdom Tree Services to do some leveling and put gravel on my back yard. They were very professional and punctual. Very satisfied with their work.

This company is highly recommended . They did a fantastic job cutting down 6 dying trees I had and pruning a tree. They were punctual, professional and went above and beyond in their quality of work. I will not doubt if I need their services again.

Wisdom tree services are the best they cut all trees on scheduled time and they operated all their tools very safe to safe everyone around them.Very professional team and they clean everything once they were done with their cutting their price was so fair. I can’t say anything more about their work other than what has already been said, thus I will address their insurance. They have both general liability and workers comp insurance which is not common.

A lot of people say they are insured and will show you proof of insurance. If you look closely you will see they don’t have workers comp most of the time, which covers someone getting hurt. You might think your property is valuable but I promise it is cheap compared to medical bills. If someone gets hurt removing your tree and they don’t have workers comp, it is the homeowner responsibility to pay all the bills and lost wages.

Workers comp is expensive think 30k+ per year, and when most consumers won’t notice you don’t have it, there is a lot of an incentive to not have it.

I think it says a lot about this company that they have it.

I had a large 70 foot oak tree in my back yard that needed to be cut down. Wisdom tree came out with a team at a fair price and did a professional job cutting it down. They even stacked the wood on my property so o could use it later for fire wood. I would definitely recommend their services!

I’m very happy to find out his company. They have all commercial equipments to cut trees, grinding stumps, chip wood. The communication is too notch, and extremely affordable price. They are very professional and work quickly. I highly recommend anyone give them a try. No job is too small/ big for them.

Wisdom Tree Service helped me with a large tree that was leaning into my neighbor's yard. Merlin was professional and courteous.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to selecting a contractor to do any job around my house. These guys are awesome. Starting from competitive (wasn’t the cheapest) pricing to cutting down/ stump grinding a huge oak tree I had in my front yard. They picked up all the debris and cleaned up the street nicely once finished so my neighbors don’t cry about it. I’ve scheduled them to come back out in May to put down fresh soil and sod and prune four other trees I have.
Highly recommend them.

5/30/24. Responding to the one star review left by Terry Lamb. This is a disgruntled HOA board member that is threatened by homeowners standing up to her. Wisdom Tree Service is a VERY professional company that cut two lower branches at my direction that crossed my property line. The tree is balanced with the cut limbs that are on the crabby board members side. Please hire them. This was the second time i hired this company. March 2024 review. Excellent, professional land grading service. Very cordial during the service, particularly when I explained what needed to be done. Took the extra step to protect the grass with several large pieces of plywood, and cleaned the Bobcat of mud before driving onto my subdivision's new pavement. Would use again.
