They did a great job trimming the trees, but they got off with my neighbors lug wrench when she loaned it to them to fix a flat. She sure would like it back.

About 3 months ago Ross Tree Service of No. VA
was allowed to have access to a neighbors property that is located next door at 10318 Ford Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, to cut down 5 trees. This is would obviously make their job much easier & save everybody money & time. You would think any damage to the lawn would be taken care of! Well after it was not a phone call to Ross was made, a rep. said they would take care of it. Well they filled about 60% of the holes in about 3/4 full and did not plant any grass seed. Another phone call about a month ago revealed that they would again take care of it! Here it is with no change!

Many thanks to the crew that was here today to remove the big maple tree in our front yard. They were on time, courteous, professional, and friendly. But on top that, we could tell that they truly enjoyed what they were doing. They had an easy camaraderie that was so refreshing to see. Kudos to Corbin and his team.

I love this company! They are professional and know what they are doing! I had this company remove 6 Leland Cypress trees from my property, they arrived on time, completed the removal in record time and cleaned up the area once done! I will recommend them to family and friends!

Process started out well with a good consultation and recommendations. I specifically needed expertise in some crepe myrtles that had never been trimmed as well as the health of a cherry tree that I was interested in keeping healthy. The work crew did a great job. The checked everything off the list. They were professional, fast, and efficient. Will keep these guys for annual trims and tree work

Great team, fast work, and excellent skill in handling and maneuvering around difficult lots. They've got a packed schedule, but they're prompt and responsive with sorting out scheduling and getting crews out to work on time. Mr. Ross is super knowledgeable about trees and plants and has an eye for detail and problems that other people would easily overlook, and is honest about his and his company's work. Highly recommended for tree work in matters both big and small.

I live in NY and also have a home in Manassas, Va. The maple tree in front of my home in Va. was HUGE and had to be trimmed. Ross Tree Service did an OUTSTANDING job and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their price was VERY fair and they sent updated pics on their progress. They cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY and were VERY timely. I'm so glad I found them!!

I had a tree fall during the storm and Ross Tree Service was so quick to respond. The crew came out, took care of the tree, and cleaned all the debris!! They were professional and I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the work. I will definitely call them again for all future services.

Ross Tree did wonderful work removing a large willow oak close to my house late winter/spring of 2024. Arborist Dan visited my home, assessed the issue, gave me good advice and a competitive quote in short order. The crew worked all day in a cold rain to remove the tree limb by limb with no damage to close-by foundation plants, and ground the very large stump and surrounding roots to lawn grade and removed as much of the resulting mulch as they could. Then, when the ground had settled and revealed several remaining roots a few months later, Dan and crew came out and immediately and ground the roots so that my landscaping crew could plant the area on schedule. I highly recommend Ross Tree for a good price and great work.

Beware. After multiple contract and photo reviews prior to the job starting, the team lead arrived with alcohol on his breath and claimed the tree and branch removal exceeded the scope of work. He then asked, was I paying or was the HOA paying? I suspect to possibly bargain for more money? After addressing these facts with the team lead he began to yell at me as I walked back inside my home.

I notified the Ross office via email and phone of the issue and received no response. These actions are grossly unprofessional and place a liability on the company that I hope will be addressed internally. I will not recommend this company to my HOA.

Hired Ross Tree Service to drop large trees around house and cut up a large old oak that had fallen and clean up other fallen trees. Dropped trees with precision. Crew was professional and tidied up nicely when done. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful company! During the sale of our late father's home one of the neighbors had an issue with some dead trees that we were not aware of. Dan and Allie were great to deal with. There was alot of confusion since I live 5 hours away, the neighbor sent photos of the trees , but did not mark them and we had a pending sales contract. Needless to say I was beyond stressed. They took care of it immediately and even did a revisit for us to make sure everything was ok. and accounted for. This is a really great company to work with., highly recommend.

Dan came by and gave me a comprehensive proposal! He pointed out things that I never considered! I hired Ross Tree Service to remove a massive tree prior to having my garage built. A crane was used to remove that tree, and they used a bucket truck to remove a couple large trees on the other side of the property. We have a comprehensive plan for future maintenance! I have recommended RTS to my neighbor's, and I highly recommend Ross Tree Service to everybody needing tree work!

We’ve used Ross Tree Service several times now. The most recent was for an emergency, a tree fell in our backyard and another in the front which had a massive branch snap. They came out asap to give a quote and the very next day the crew was out working. They did such a great job! We won’t call any other tree company, these guys know what they’re doing and do it well!
