I would never recommend services here, charged double than initially quoted for carpet cleaning despite pre conversation about stains. Completely scammed out of my money.

My carpets look like new. I was planning on replacing my carpet, but after this service there is no need. I will definitely use Cardinal Cleaning Solution again.

The sofa we wanted cleaned was cleaned properly.
However 2 items were over charged for $150 each.
CCP(heavy duty) And Protection. I am just wondering in what world those 2 things can add up to 300 plus the service charges that was in of itself about 300. So in total I paid 600 while it was supposed to be a 240-300 job based on the quote I initially received.

Again this was just dry cleaning of a sectional L shaped sofa.

I would like to thank Cardinal cleanings services (Mr Gary and Mr Tony) for their best cleaning services of my condo carpet. I would say they are professionals on the pet stains treatment procedure. From what I have seen they did on the cleaning, they have tremendous years of experience on that. They also gave me professional consultations on techniques of how I should maintain the neatness of carpet.

I had a wonderful experience with Cardinal Services. The two employees who came to my home were very polite, professional, and careful with everything they did. They took their time to make sure no other furniture or surrounding areas were damaged while they worked, which I really appreciated.

Two maids and a mop have done an amazing job on my Apartment and it was a big mess due to my health issues being in the hospital and Running a family Business with two kids it has been a difficult task trying to keep my apartment clean. Two maids and a mop has done a wonderful job with deep cleaning my bathrooms scrubbing everything. I came home and my house was over the top clean and I didn’t have to worry about a thing when I got home. It felt nice coming home to a clean house and the maids had really done a wonderful job. I really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend them top 10. They are very understanding and so nice and that makes you feel very comfortable with them. Thank you!

The overall experience was ok. I paid over $400 for services and only got 2 hours worth of my new move out cleaning. They even missed a drawer thst was filthy from the previous owners. I expected things to be spotless and they were not.

My trash in two bathrooms was not taken out, the basement floor was not mopped and the primary bathroom was not 100% clean. There was debris dried on on one counter and the floor around the toilet was not cleaned. There was dust and hair left in the corners. I had mentioned this at my last clean and was told it would be addressed and not happen again. When I first started using Two Maids and a Mop trey were fantastic paying attention to details, not so much. They have a hard time keeping their employees. At this point I do not recommend them as I am not satisfied with my clean. The price is not commensurate to the cleanliness of my home.

Im very satisfied with my service from Maritza and Teresa this week. They completed all the tasks on my list and then some within the time I booked. Highly recommend!
