We had a very disappointing experience with Two Maids of Manassass after moving out of the service area for Two Maids of Chantilly. We were promised the same team would service our house each visit but this was never the case, some teams did a great job, but some did not provide an acceptable standard of cleaning, care, or integrity.

One team broke a part of our blinds (accidents happen) and instead of reporting the incident decided to scotch tape it back together which promptly fell apart about an hour after I got home. The part in question cost $2 to replace, not at all an issue, but the lack of integrity to report the incident didn't sit right with us.

Another crew left after 90 minutes, which is about half the time it typically takes to clean our 4,000sq house. After speaking with the owners, they did provide a complimentary make up clean to address the areas left dirty. The owners are receptive and responsive to feedback, which is appreciated.

The final straw was when the cleaning crew left our door dead bolted OPEN after leaving which we did not discover until we returned home almost 5 hours later. We are incredibly lucky our dog wasn't home and we live in a safe neighborhood but as a mom of small children, I cannot trust my home to this company anymore.

After giving this location many chances we no longer felt we could trust the quality and service and have ended our monthly cleaning.

Never - Never use this service. They are terrible. They lie about what they use to clean and don't do a thorough job. Pretty bad when you still have to clean after they have left...

Service was excellent. The cleaners were very nice and they did a really good job on the bathrooms and floors, which is what I had asked them to focus on.

I am not happy with their services. They came to deep clean my home. Deep cleaning is supposed to clean refrigerator and oven too. They claimed that they did it but the refrigerator and oven was not cleaned. And counter top was also not cleaned. Totally disappointed.

I have known sulma's cleaning for 2 years and their work is always perfect, the girls are very friendly and I am always satisfied with the wonders they do in my home, my house smells amazing when the team works at home

I do not recommend this service at all. They shove your furniture around in corners and break your plants and misplace all your items.
