Wasted my time. Cleaners were good. However, scheduling the cleaning was terrible. I did not receive a confirmed cleaning time until the night before. I got a call saying they had arrived two hours earlier than expected but they actually hadn't arrived when I went out to meet them. Pushed back arrival time, multiple times. I had to initiate all communications throughout this process.

Overall, the scheduling experience was extremely unprofessional. If I had known how difficult it would be beforehand, I would've cleaned my condo myself.

I used Michael and the polished maids 4 times so far and they’re great. After we had mold remediation done in the house, I needed a post mold remediation cleaning + deep cleaning. We had them do the recommended 3 rounds of mold remediation cleaning. Their cleaning (plus me adding air filters throughout the house) helped us make our mold count to ZERO. I’ll be hiring them for standard Bi-weekly cleanings as well.

I’ve been using The Polished maids service for house cleaning for the past year, and Michael and his team never fail to impress. On my most recent request, Michael quickly responded, sending Fatima and Gloria to my home within 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job, making my house look absolutely immaculate.

I have gone through 6 different cleaners, all of them would leave the downstairs tile floor alone, they claimed they cleaned it but there was grime and stuff on the tiles that told me a different story. Anyway i just used the Polished Maids as i will be selling my home and they got it in tip top shape. everything looks amazing, especially the bathrooms and downstairs tile flooring. This how a cleaning service needs to be, they deserve your support and do a fantastic job. 5 stars, no question.
