They gave me a 1 hr window for my appt. I received a call to let me know they were stuck in traffic and would be 15 min late.
That has never happened with any other company I have used.
Ismael was very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check of our sprinkler system and did the needed repairs in a timely manner. I had a better understanding of the system after his visit. He shared more information than any other company I have used in the past. I will definitely be using Master Irrigation from here on out.

Ismael and his team did a phenomenal job! It’s been nearly three years since they installed my irrigation system, and we’ve had zero issues. Their pricing was very fair, the team was professional, tidy, efficient and their work was top-notch. Over the years, I’ve seen plenty of yards ruined after an irrigation install, but not with these guys—you couldn’t even tell where they buried the lines. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Ismael for providing excellent service. I had an issue with my sprinkler, and Ismael fixed it within an hour. It’s running perfectly now. Ismael is very professional and identified the issue in just a few minutes. I am really happy with his service.

I’m extremely satisfied with the landscape lighting job done by Master Irrigation. Ismael did a great job understanding my needs for the job, working with me to select the right product, installing, and coming back at night to fine tune everything to make sure I was happy…and did it for a great price! He’s a good, honest man, who takes pride in his work, and you can tell really wants his customers to be happy (something that’s getting hard to find these days). I highly recommend him and will be using him to maintain and repair my irrigation system as well.

They are good at what they do. They converted the space out back into a garden that a lot of people are liking. But they are so overpriced. Call them and ask for a quote and you’d know what I mean.

I sat watching one of this companies crews throw trash out of their truck onto the street while parked outside my house today. When that and one of their other trucks that was parked across from my house left, there were 2 plastic bottles, food items, cigarette wrapper and butts everywhere. Nice work guys!!

We use them for lawn services. It's not always perfect, esp when different crews are assigned things get missed...but when problems arise they do come fix it which I appreciate. Our lawn is healthy and attractive.

I had a design for my front yard that they implemented perfectly. When I wanted to make a few changes while the work was in-progress they were patient and understanding, and had no trouble accommodating those changes. I'm very happy with the finished product.

My garden is stunning - and not muddy. That's because Wewerka has twin passions. First, they're uncanny at design. (I have a huge wall in my back yard; I told Eric I wanted him to camouflage it. He said - why? Let's use it. He built me a false ruin with a Secret Door to Nowhere that is the beauty spot in the gorgeous garden they made for me.) Second, Eric Wewerka has a zealot's gleam in his eye at the thought of improved drainage. My basement used to be soggy; it's now dry as a bone. My lawn used to be perpetually damp; now it's healthy and firm. I'm totally impressed. Would I use them again? I have - over and over again! They put in a turtle pond that is mesmerizing - two of my neighbors have had drainage problems resolved (and a nice deck built, for one of them) - and my mother (in Old Town, Alexandria) now uses them, too. She thinks Wewerka walks on water... and that is one picky old lady!

We have been using Wewerka Professional Landscape Contractors for years. The management of the firm and the employees care for our property as if it were their own. No requests go unfulfilled. Eric Wewerka, the corporate president, and Dan Noel, our Account Manager take personal interests in the execution of plans for our property. The landscaping crews know our yard well and maintain its beauty with their care. We heartily recommend that Wewerka be used by all property owners--individual as well as corporate. Wewerka is the BEST.

Bottom line: WeWerka does excellent work. Prior to hiring WeWerka, I regularly noticed their trucks/crews in my neighborhood and couldn't help but be blown away by the landscape installation and maintenance projects performed. After having a pretty disappointing experience with a large nursery/landscaper in the area in past seasons, I gave WeWerka a call. Duane, the account manager, came to my house and spent a lot of time walking through everything my wife and I needed done on our project. He provided a reasonable price quote. Payment, Scheduling, and Project Day all went smoothly. Duane even came out on-site to walk through the project with the crew foreman and I. In the end, I came away with exactly the work I had requested. No hassle. Friendly diligent work from the whole WeWerka team (Sales, Crew, Accounts Receivable, etc). This won't be my last project with WeWerka!

We have used Wewerka for many years now. Originally when my parents owned the property, and now that we have purchased it because we've been so pleased with the service. This is a very big yard and I could not manage it without the hard work and dedication of the Wewerka staff. My project manager Dan is the ultimate professional and responds quickly to requests. If I'm not 100% satisfied (I'm picky), Dan makes sure it's done to my satisfaction, and comes back himself to make sure, even if it's just a question I have about a bush that I think is having issues. Wewerka was recommended to me many years ago after I had been left with a mess when another contractor started digging up my yard and then simply disappeared. Needless to say I was skeptical. But Wewerka came in and did a fabulous job - creating a beautiful yard - and proving to be the most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. Over the years I have used them for multiple projects and they continue to do my maintenance. Eric Wewerka listens to the customer and helps turn dreams into reality. I trust the entire Wewerka staff and crew implicitly. The first time one of my friends came over and saw my deck and backyard they exclaimed "Wow! It's like you have your own private park!"

If we had to summarize our experience with Wewerka Landscaping in two words, it would be: EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! We met with Eric and described our vision for the replacement deck and added patio. He listened intently and asked questions during our first meeting. When Eric and Kamsi returned with the design drawings, we were blown away and very excited to move forward with the project. The team took our ideas into mind, but also listened as we shared how we wanted to use the space. It wasn’t just a deck project to them, but an opportunity to improve our quality of life when using the space. Eric and Kamsi were also very flexible as we changed our plans about two weeks prior to demolition starting – quickly adjusting the design, incorporating our personalities, once again exceeding what we had envisioned for the extended cobblestone patio and additional lower deck. Eric’s team, led by Javier, were professional, timely, attentive to details, hardworking, and always left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. The details were beyond our expectations. Eric and his team were on a tight timeline to finish and completed the project on-time! We could not be more pleased with how the project turned out and how our backyard was transformed. We have been on the deck/patio every day/night since completion. We would also be remiss to not mention the attention to detail in the invoicing executed by Lynda…we really appreciated the “in-progress” invoicing. We are already discussing ideas for future plans to ask Eric and his crew to help us bring to life.

Poor customer service! Duane came out to my home and gave and provided an estimate. I was very excited to have him and his crew manicure my small yard. The crew came, unbeknownst to me, I happened to be leaving home and realized they had been working for some time. I mentioned they were doing a great job. I returned home as they continued to work. I stepped outside the crew was gone, unbeknownst to me. I spoke with Duane regarding unfinished work. He sent the crew again, unbeknownst to me they came and left. I spoke with Duane again, regarding unfinished work, he refused to send the crew again. I explained he was being unprofessional and at the very least I should be notified upon the crew’s departure so I can confirm the work in our contract was complete. I will not be contacting this company again or providing recommendations.

I can't offer a higher recommendation for Wewerka Landscape. Their professionalism, pricing, timeliness and quality were superb. I had what was probably a small job by their standards but the owner, Eric Wewerka, scoped the job himself and laid out for me exactly what needed to be done. I needed the stairs and landing down the side of the house replaced. They had been installed 15 years earlier but on a poor foundation so the stairs had sagged to the point of being unsafe. Eric quoted a fair price that was lower than I expected. His long serving crew chief, Javier, led an industrious and courteous crew that did a superb job in a relatively short period of time. They had to overcome some obstacles that were not apparent from the site survey but did so expeditiously and thoroughly. They also had to move a sprinkler system and avoid damaging newly laid sod. I'm thrilled with everything about the job. Again, I can't offer a higher recommendation than this.

Wewerka Landscaping designed, built, and landscaped a beautiful patio for us last summer. Eric Wewerka's ability to bring together our practical needs with a beautiful design was really exciting and impressive. The workers were punctual and courteous. The work began on time and was completed early, despite oppressive heat. We love the work they did on our patio and would be happy to recommend Wewerka to others.

We had a muddy backyard with water issues and mosquitos, basically not usable at all. My neighbor recommended Wewerka, the company that did a beautiful natural stone hardscape for her over 30 years ago! We gave it a try and we are very happy with the result. Wewerka did a professional design drawings and first addressed slopes and underground water drainage/piping, fixing our water issues. They added a dry run and patio with retaining wall and walk path from backyard patio to the front yard. Our backyard is small so makes it more challenging to get all the slopes perfect. I am in construction myself and I'd highly recommend their work specially for complex hardscaping that need solid engineering work. The price is not cheap but reasonable and inline with the level of quality you get.
