F & F landscaping is the company that American Management of Virginia makes our community use for landscaping and snow removal. Unfortunately, F & F is storing their Bobcat (heavy equipment) on our pool deck, which is a totally inappropriate location. It has permanently damaged the pool deck in the past, causing cracks that had to be filled with caulk. The Bobcat is visible from our community's homes and they choose to store it on our pool deck through the winter and spring instead of on their own property. Other residents agree that it is an inappropriate location. It is also one foot from the pool and if it were to cause a crack in the pool foundation, that would be a lot of money to have repaired and cost me and other residents a lot of money. I have complained about this and they refuse to remove the Bobcat (very stubborn). We should not be storing this company's equipment on our property, which is in plain view of our homes and ~ 30 yards away (not a football field as falsely claimed in the response below). They do NOT respect their customers' concerns. A ton is extremely heavy on our concrete pool deck next to the pool's edge (Google says these weigh between 2,892 pounds and 10,000 pounds). Store it on your own property. We should not have to assume liability for your free storage in a totally inappropriate location on our property. The Board complained about this back in 2020 when you first did this and it was not in the contract back then. You, the owners of F & F are defiant of our community's bylaws. You simply don't care about our community and our residents. You act like you are above the rules and your attitude / mentality is totally selfish (referring to the owners). Aren't landscaping companies supposed to care about how a community's property looks? Do you really think that Bobcat looks good on our pool deck? Obviously, you and Samantha Winterstine from AMV have some sort of a kick-back situation because you are violating county regulations and our community's bylaws. You both share the same trait of being stubborn, obstinate, lying, and disrespectful. Remove the Bobcat from our pool deck and stop continuing to put it onto our community's pool deck. If you remove the Bobcat and stop putting it on our pool's deck, then I will see about this post. I have plenty more complaints regarding F & F's landscaping, snow removal, and damage to property. Lastly, if you damage someone's property, they are allowed to tell your insurance about it and you are liable for fixing your damage. That is not fraud as you are falsely insinuating in your response below.

I reached out to F&F last Spring with a patio and landscape design that I had created. Scott came out to my house to look at the space and my designs and was quick to confirm not only that they would be able to accomplish what I wanted but also fit me in earlier than expected due to it being a small job.

I had F&F install a 12'x14' paver patio using Techo-Bloc as well lay some river rock for low maintenance areas, excavate a couple garden beds for me to complete on my own, and install a buried drainage solution for my gutter downspout.

I've lived with the patio and landscaping for over a year now and everything has held up very well. Their team was able to start and finish the job in one day and took precautions to not introduce any damage to my yard. Their pricing was fair and I'm very happy with the results.

Nery your company took advantage of people needing to get out of their driveway due to the storm. You charged residents to much money and had the audacity to send an invoice that charges fees and taxes.

This was robbery at its finest. I will not ever recommend or use your company again.

Scott and his team came to my rescue and got the ice and snow from my parking spot in below freezing temperatures when no one else did! Quick, efficient and very respectful! Definitely will be calling them first!

Our home was in desperate need for a patio update and F&F did a great job! They created a beautiful paver area and improved the entrance by creating a longer landing. They also recommended installing a drainage pipe that resolved water puddling up near the house. It had been a problem for a while and it's so much better now! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Scott and his team at F&F Landscaping did an amazing job on our new patio and hot tub area. They demolished the previous patio and put in new stamped concrete, moved our hot tub hookup, installed a new hot tub and a wall-mounted TV within an outdoor shell, created a storage area with a door, and installed lighting throughout. We are so happy with the quality of work and the end result. Cannot recommend F&F enough!

F&F was referred to us by the company we contracted with to replace our driveway since we needed a large retaining wall in order to extend it. We were so pleased with the work Scott and his crew did that we asked them to redo our front walkway and porch. We then had them do uplighting which is something my husband has always wanted. We knew what "look" we wanted in each area and Scott worked with us to find stone that matched our vision while keeping us on budget. We were even able to go and hand pick the stone so we knew exactly what we were getting. Scott was great at making suggestions for each project that made it even better than we originally planned. He has a good eye for the overall look of a project. We can hardly wait for Spring to come so we can add mulch and bedding plants to really accent all these areas.

Scott and his crew were fantastic! They stayed on-schedule, were expedient, great workers, and knew what they were doing. Communication was outstanding and they asked for feedback throughout our project (which is a rare thing). Would absolutely recommend this company for anyone thinking of doing any upgrades, refreshers, or new additions for their yards.

We contracted with F&F Landscaping and Home Services, LLC in March 2024 to build a new planter.
The scope of the work was to remove an existing set of planters, remove a stump, build a new retaining wall, add drainage and fabric cloth, gravel, fill dirt, add top soil, and replant those shrubs in the old planters. The estimated price of this project was reasonable.
The crew worked very diligently to complete the project in a timely manner, 2 ½ days. The workmanship was great! The planter turned out the way we had hoped. Many thanks to the owner, Scott Fitzsimmond, and his crew.

Top-quality work and team! For years, we’ve wanted to do something with our property but didn’t know where to start. Scott listened, created a backyard plan that complemented the scale of our property, and incorporated details that were important to us. The project was organized and completed in four phases. Throughout the process Scott was flexible to new ideas and helpful with suggesting options. His craftsmen are extremely professional and do outstanding work. Can’t say enough about the quality of work performed by F&F. They installed a patio for us and did the entire landscaping around it including the existing landscaping around the house. They even redid the walkway to the front door and many neighbors have already asked about that. Currently waiting for the newly installed plants to come back to life this spring. The entire process was extremely smooth and Scott was very professional and they got the job done as promised and it looks way better than we expected. I have used F&F landscaping since we bought our house 5 years ago. Scott and his team are always doing exceptional work whenever I need it. They installed an island for us when we moved in and re-did our front patio flower bed also. 5 years later it looks great! Yesterday they put new mulch down. Great group of people to work with. Scott’s attention to detail is great!

F&F Landscaping did a fantastic job on a new front porch and sidewalk with our pick of flagstone. It was gorgeous and showed great attention to detail. They showed great professionalism and worked quickly showing up each day with purpose.and finished on time as promised. They even added lighting for each step.Their price was competitive and I would definitely hire them again!
