I had a great experience working with Capece Land Solutions for my gravel pad and driveway project. From start to finish, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional, they kept me informed every step of the way and were quick to answer any questions I had.
They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the job promptly without cutting corners. The finished gravel and driveway look great. I’d definitely recommend Capece Land Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking professionals who deliver excellent results.

Ty did an excellent job grading out my driveway. An awesome guy and very pleased with the results.

Highly recommend Capece Land Solutions. Very prompt response, estimate and service. Graded and re-graveled our driveway. Fair price and knowledgeable.

Had trees and stumps removed, grading work, and new gravel put down. Very happy with the professionalism of work done and employees. Loving the new view and parking space!

Ty is a wonderful guy! I used his company for a real estate deal and was so impressed by the professionalism and quality of his work. I will 100% be using him in the future!

First class customer service, I got my yard cleared, 1 acre of brush and dead wood and Todd was excellent. I highly recommend him for your "Land solutions"....

Capece Land Solutions did a great job expanding our driveway. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Ty was more than helpful answering all of my questions, responded to me in a timely manner and is extremely trustworthy and professional. He was accommodating for our schedule and kept us in the loop with what was going to happen. We had a pretty big job that was a bit complicated. Our home was built on a hill at the bottom of a hill on our road without giving us the proper drainage at the end of our driveway. Huge mess! Our gravel was washing away and the litterbug’s road trash was ending at our non-existent ditch. He came up with a plan, initiated it and left us with a beautiful driveway and proper drainage. Will absolutely be calling him if needed in the future!!

Agreed on a price for grading the WHOLE driveway and one dump truck of gravel. Unfortunately he graded only where the gravel was going to go and left another 100 plus yards of driveway grading untouched. When I reached out he said the compaction of the potholes in the driveway were too bad and it would be another 800 dollars to grade the driveway. Perhaps come look at a job before hand.

I had Capece Land Solutions come out to remove a large amount of tree stumps. Could not believe how great of a job they did! Came home to a completely cleaned area, blown away by the results. Highly recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.

Ty is very professional, responsive, punctual, friendly, and thorough. I was very stressed about removing my old fence and the small trees that had grown up around it. He made it look easy and got it done in about 4 hours. Thank you, Ty!!

This company did an excellent job for us. Stump removal, repaired footbridge over pond with drainage repair and laid large parking area with gravel. Turned out better than I could have imagined! These fellah’s worked hard and steady to get the job done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

Ty is quick to communicate and sets proper expectations! I had roughly half acre cleared. His attention to detail being so close to the house was appreciated! Would recommend and use his services again!
