Ty Capece graded and put gravel down on our driveway. Did a great job! Very happy with the results!

This is my third time having Ty help us out. First two times were soil deliveries, this time he came and graded my driveway and played down gravel. Following his efforts we had massive rainstorms and I am so happy to report that I don’t have even the slightest area of puddling! Great job Ty and we will definitely be reaching out for further services!

No complaints whatsoever! Totally recommend Ty! Could not be more pleased with the job. Ty was extremely easy to work with and did an awesome job bringing my driveway back to life. Have had a ton of rain since he graded it, and it's holding up great! Do not hesitate to give him a shout!

Delivery was on time and as agreed upon. Ty was courteous and kept us updated all along the way. We were happy with the service of Capece Land Solutions.

Five stars are not adequate to reflect our satisfaction with Capece Land Solutions.

Our driveway was washed out after a heavy rain and our existing culvert had failed.

This happened on the Thursday night before the Friday of Labor Day weekend - 2024.

Thinking we were out of luck of anybody coming to our property on the begining of a holiday weekend, we were wrong.

Owner Ty came out within 45 minutes our initial phone call, and gave a very clear and concise plan of attack on how to remedy our problem.
.
We also received two other quotes from other companies. Capece Land Solutions was not the cheapest, nor were they the highest.

Although all three companies had the exact scope of work, and procedures, what stood out was Ty and his aesthetic vision.

They showed up on time, and their crew were very professional and considerate. Their equipment was top notch and the work they performed was superior.

When the project was finished, We could not believe our eyes! It exceeded our expectations by 100 fold.

I cannot recommend Capece Land Solutions strong enough. In the future, we will be calling upon them again for our other projects.

great work guys .fair price , i will recommend to friends who need it done right the first time. ⭐️🥇before and after pics below .

Having worked with Ty before, I knew he had a strong work ethic, so when I needed to clear out the back part of my property, I knew He was the best person to call for the job.
He came out of his way under difficult access to my property and cleaned my yard magnificently. I had about 25 years' worth of cut-down trees and stumps on the new property and needed them cleared out quickly to build a fence. He did that and more for us, and I would recommend him highly to anyone!

Tyler was very transparent and provided options for me to consider with my driveway project. He was efficient with the work being done and offered assistance if there were any issues post completion. Highly recommend.

Ty at Capece Land Solutions graded our long, curved driveway and laid down new gravel.
His work is excellent, his prices are fair, and his communications with us are always prompt, clear and courteous.
That's the way to run a business.

He also proved to be exceptionally reliable and responsive, which is critical with a project like ours. Thank you again, Ty!

Ty was a pleasure to work with. We had him do some lawn grading after a pool install. He was responsive, mannerly and professional and committed to dates which is becoming a rare occurrence with contractors these days. He strives to deliver to your expectations with reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend him.

We hired Capece Land Solutions to extend our gravel driveway, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Ty visited our property, listened to our vision for the project, and provided several options to consider. He was highly attentive, communicative, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. As a nice bonus, he even spread the leftover gravel along our existing driveway. Highly recommend!

Cleared our driveway during the snow/ice storm and did a fantastic job. Fast response, polite, thorough work, and very dependable. Will definitely use again!

Tyler with Capece Land Solutions LLC and his crew are undeniably remarkable. The attention to detail in their craft and care for their customers exact needs is why we always choose them for all of our outdoor work.

Had Capece Land Solutions clear debris and under brush from 2 areas at my property. Very disappointed by the results. When confronted they didn’t offer to make it right. Wanted to charge more for fixing their mess. Have to hire someone else to fix it. Don’t recommend to anyone. Unfortunately can’t leave a no star review. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Would you be happy with this. It’s not what was contracted.
