Capece Land Solutions did a great job resurfacing my gravel driveway. Ty was a joy to work with. It was easy to get a quote and schedule the job. I recommend Capece Land Solutions and will keep Ty in mind for future projects.

Ty showed up on time to our scheduled appointment for a quote. Permitting on my end held up the project and he worked with me to stay in his schedule. He worked diligently and managed his time fighting storms to get the job complete. Upon completion he verified satisfaction. Soon I’ll be working on a garage floor and not a gravel driveway!

Very happy to have chosen to work with Ty for our new gravel driveway. It was easy to get a quote and a date scheduled for the work to be done. We are extremely happy with the end project and the quality of gravel delivered and graded. Highly recommend for gravel driveway work at a fair price!

During the winter storm, Ty responded fast and cleared the ice from our driveway so we could safely get in and out of our property. You can tell this is a company that truly shows up for the community when it matters!

If you’re in need of dependable land services, I highly recommend them. Quick response, professional equipment, and reliable service. We wouldn’t call anyone else!

Ty did a great job leveling and installing my patio. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I will definitely use him for my next project and recommend him to anyone looking to have patios installed, land cleared, driveways done.
Ty also cleared the ice off of a driveway for me last minute and did a great job!

We had a fantastic experience with Capece Land Solutions. Ty quoted us on a Monday for grading and re-graveling our driveway, and he was able to complete the entire job on Wednesday of the same week. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the work was even better.

He delivered exactly what we asked for and went above and beyond by adding extra gravel at no additional charge when we decided to extend part of the driveway on the day of service. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely committed to doing great work. Highly recommend Ty and Capece Land Solutions for any driveway or land improvement needs.
