Showed up same or next day and always answered the phone when I call. Cant say the same for four other companies in the area. Last check I had no AC. Turns out my blower was out and they had a replacment on the truck! didnt even have to wait. This time my replaced thermostats were not set up correctly and they hooked it up quickly that same day! will not use any other company.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!! So I have a home warrenty, they couldnt get me a technician and Cooks was referred to me by someone with a similar situation. The father and son were completely patient and understanding of my situation and have done everything to help. I called in the morning and son came to fix my ac within about 2 hours. I called him in tears(pregnant and have a lot of personal stuff going on so I'm just extremely emotional) and he was so kind and understanding and let me talk and cry and go over my situation. Son dealt with HW company before he left and father even called me back to make sure everything went well and make sure I didnt have any issues from their end. Highly recommend, dont think I've ever dealt with a better company for our home repair issues!
