We're very happy with the work Cook's Heating & Cooling Services have provided for our needs. After they installed a heat pump 5 years ago, they have followed up with semiannual maintenance and just recently James and Issac installed an ionizer unit to minimize dust in our home. Very conscientious, good people to work with.

Service techs were on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. After receiving authorization from the warranty company, they came right back, made the repairs and had the system up and running with no problems.
