Had a trane system for 15yrs with several problems.Through my home warranty was introduced to Mr.Cook. He diagnosed my once again broken system and assisted me in getting the information to the warranty company and in the end upgrading my entire system to a new Bosch Ids inverter system! Process was painless, friendly, and quick. Took less than 7days from diagnosis to final new system install. 1st class service and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

His technician Jamie was a very professional individual and as polite of a young man that you could ever ask for, as well as being highly effective in diagnosing my issue. Billy followed up the next day to ensure my problem was solved. No not only efficient, the customer service is awesome. And the total price for the visit was reasonable. The same day I signed up for his annual service. I am new to the area and I will use him for all heating and AC needs. Highly recommend them.

Called them @ 6:30 pm on a Monday nite. Outside unit fan blade was shredded. He was here within an hour, fixed the problem, and gone a little over an hour later. James took care of the problem like it was nothing. Thanks for being the utmost professional and gentleman. Mom and Dad did a great job !! Call em !

Cook’s Heating and AC is amazing. After purchasing a home in the Deltaville, VA area we needed HVAC services. We were referred to Cook’s from our home warranty company. Cook’s arrived, evaluated the situation and gave us a roadmap on how to proceed. We eventually had to get our entire HVAC system replaced and Cook’s was the perfect company for the job. Cook’s was professional, friendly and knowledgeable on our system. They even worked with the home warranty company to ensure a portion of the warranty covered the replacement.
