Constraction reviews in McLean, Virginia

We had an amazing experience with Cosmo Builders for our home addition project in Fairfax County. They handled everything from design and permitting to construction, making the process smooth and stress-free.

From the start, they communicated clearly and kept us informed at every step. Their pricing was very fair, especially compared to the four other estimates we received. In the end, we felt confident choosing them, and we’re so glad we did!

Our second-floor addition turned out beautifully. Now, our daughter enjoys her new bedroom and bathroom, and our family is thrilled with the extra space. We highly recommend Cosmo Builders to the community and anyone looking for a reliable, skilled home addition contractor.

Thank you, Cosmo Builders, for making our dream home a reality

Cosmo Builders and their crew are amazing! They just completed our two-bathroom remodel & added one new bathroom in the basement.
What impressed me the most during the construction was their planning and materials selection process; we usually got 3 to 4 types of different brand-fixture materials along with their production links so we would be able to see the real price and review on the vendor website for vanity, Tile shower door, and bathtub product. Despite that, we had access to work progress photos, Videos, and statues all the time, and communication was amazing it was simple when I had a comment, I left comments on each task directly during the work they answered on time directly from the job site. And they end up with an amazing finishing look for all our three bathrooms.

I am already thinking about upgrading my master bedroom with them.

I highly refer Cosmo builders, because they finished everything within their promised time frame and initial estimate.

We recently purchased a new construction home built by Cosmo Builders, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Even though we weren’t directly involved in the building process, we got to know the builder and our project manager, Mohib, as we prepared for move-in and during our first year in the home. Mohib was always quick to respond, patient with our questions, and walked us through every detail during the final inspection, making sure we understood how everything works.

From the very first open house to closing day and beyond, the entire Cosmo Builders team showed true professionalism, great communication, and a level of care that gave us real peace of mind.

The quality of construction stands out every single day. After two years in our home, we’re still impressed with the solid structure, the smart design, and the premium finishes that make the house both beautiful and practical.

If you’re looking for a trusted local builder who delivers on their promises and genuinely cares about the families they build for, we highly recommend Cosmo Builders. Their craftsmanship and customer focus set them apart, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

We were getting ready to sell our single-family house in Fairfax. It was a big place and the maintenance was a lot, so we called Cosmo Builders to help us get the house for sale. They did painting, bathroom refresh, kitchen updates, and swapped carpet for hardwood floors. The crew did an amazing job — fast, affordable, and the house looked brand new.

Because of the fresh finishing, we had 5 offers in the first two weeks and sold the house quick. Everyone loved the upgrades. We’ll definitely use Cosmo Builders again for our new home. Best choice for home remodeling, upgrades, and renovations in the Fairfax County area.

I have used Project X on a couple of my projects, They stand behind their work and I am very pleased with their work, Will definitely be back to do business.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. Caused our family added stress unnecessarily, project that we were told would take 10 days took 3+ months and was not finished to code. Quotes were inaccurate and we had to pay thousands in foreseeable expenses just to keep the project going.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Project X make our new home into our dream home. Their professionalism is unmatched. They exceeded our expectations on every level and I can’t wait to use them again. Great service with amazing prices, their team is simply the best.

Project X was wonderful to work with! Aydin is very responsive and worked with me to ensure that my design vision came to life perfectly. The team always showed up on time and worked efficiently. So far, Project X has remodeled my staircase, powder room, and entryway closet. I look forward to working with the team again!

Project X was fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and that the job was done right. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I urge you to do the same. They are trustworthy and competent and they will ensure that you get what you need even if you don’t know that you need it! Ahmet and Kian were fantastic! Highly recommend!

After having a flood in my house, I reached out to project x contractors to help repair the damages.

Luckily, they understood the urgency and came out right away. Not only did they repair everything that was damaged, but also helped me to redesign the place to be more functional.

They have a lot of experience in design and functionality when it comes to construction .
