Constraction reviews in McLean, Virginia

I had Cosmo build a garage for me in DC and it turned out spectacularly. They handled everything, from removing the slab that was there, to some landscaping around it and moving my fence, even dealing with the difficult transition from DCRA to the new DOB. They thought of all kinds of details that I never would have, and made sure everything was just perfect. Much nicer end product than I expected. Alvaro led most of the work and Mohib managed the project and they both did excellent work. On time and on budget. I'm using them for my next project as well.

I was really impressed with their work. Everything they promised was delivered exactly as agreed. The team was patient, polite, and the quality of the work went beyond my expectations.

Cosmo Builders recently completed a basement renovation project at my home. Their team of talented staff successfully handled demolition, hauling away debris, ordering and delivering materials (laminate flooring, six-panel doors, LED lighting, frameless hinged shower door, ceramic tile, toilet, interior doors, bathroom vanity, etc.), painting, plumbing, as well as electrical services. From estimates and architectural drawings, to permits and scheduling, I was impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and flexibility throughout the process. As new home improvement projects are identified, Cosmo Builders will be my #1 choice!

One of the best companies for any additions. We looked and went through a lot of different companies that just didn't fit our vision. Cosmo builder's where very responsive and took our vision of a new full bathroom to another level. Every step was professional from the price and estimates to being on time and cleaning up every day the crew was there. We will definitely be using them to do a deck addition this summer. Highly recommended if your looking for a solid builder.

We worked with Cosmo builders, The entire team we worked with was very professional and helped us each step of the way to achieve our dream kitchen. Early on, Mohib was patient and more than happy to work with us as we went through several design iterations and made sure we were 100% happy before moving on to the next step. Once we were in the demo and construction phase, our project manager, mohib did a great job keeping our project on track. Mohib and his team Cosmo builders made the process extremely easy and gave us trust and assurance every step of the way. We asked five different contractors for quotes and design options and Cosmo builders worked with us to meet our needs, rather than pushing a more costly renovation. Mohib listened carefully to all of our requirements, added his recommendations based on years of experience, and the finished product speaks to the high quality of their work from start to finish. The team did an excellent job keeping us informed and their attention to detail made it easier for us to make sure the job was done right.
