Reviews of local pros in McLean, Virginia

If you're in need of reliable cleaning help in McLean, go no further than MaidPro. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail from the minute I first contacted them.

Appointment setting was simple, and communication with staff was helpful. The team was prompt, and I appreciated that they inspected my home to determine its unique cleaning requirements.

The actual maid service was excellent. They did an excellent job and paid close attention to detail; when they were finished, my house was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Their use of environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals that were suitable for my children and dogs really stood out to me. It was clear that they had taken considerable pains to clean and disinfect every available surface, going so far as to dust in inaccessible nooks and crannies.

The reliability and dedication of MaidPro McLean's staff to its clients are what set them unique. The crew was pleasant and careful throughout my home, making no marks or scratches on any of my possessions or surfaces. They made sure I was satisfied with their work by checking in with me at regular intervals during the cleaning.

The level of service I received from MaidPro McClean exceeded my expectations. They are an excellent cleaning service because they care about the environment, use non-toxic materials, and prioritize the needs of their clients. If you need a dependable, efficient, and trustworthy cleaning service, I strongly suggest hiring them.

MaidPro did a fantastic job. They were responsive, fast, thorough, professional and had good cheer the whole time they were here. Highly recommend.

We had our first cleaning today, and the team’s service was excellent. The owner stayed on site the whole time to understand the needs of our house and to direct her team for future visits. We felt MaidPro did a thorough job and were impressed with the attention and level of detail. Looking forward to working with them.

Excellent experience with this team! Fantastic job cleaning my new condo prior to move in. We could not be happier! Very professional and cleaned very thoroughly!

As someone who is so particular about cleanliness, I am beyond impressed with the service from MaidPro McLean. The cleaning team was professional, quick, yet thorough. The owner makes the site visits herself to ensure that the whole process was smooth for everyone. She even inspects the work of the cleaners and directed them to the (minor) spots that they had missed. I am so pleased. The team is heaven-sent to a busy family like ours. Thank you so very much!

They did a fantastic job! Ask them to do a move in clean and it was perfect! Would recommend to any of my friends and will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent cleaning service! I needed them to do a deep clean of the apartment I moved out of in 3.5 hours rather than 4 and they were able to finish! They left the apartment very clean. I am quite picky about cleanliness and I can definitely say that I would highly recommend MaidPro.

I cannot recommend MaidPro highly enough, they took a very thoughtful approach to cleaning and organizing my apartment and were able to show incredible results in a short period of time. The cleaning team is highly efficient and Nasrin was able to provide a very comprehensive overview of their services and provide the right option for my home, at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been using them for about 3+ months on a biweekly schedule. I could not say enough good things about them. The team comes in professional and ready to go. House is in the best shape since we moved in - I look forward to when they come! Fast, prompt, detail-oriented, and they will accommodate your schedule. Highly recommend!

MaidPro McLean came and helped me with an urgent, rather large cleaning and organization job. I’m very happy with the results and felt very pleased with the service. I will look forward to having cleaning help from MaidPro again.

Excellent service. I hired them from Bangladesh, for my brother who lives in McLean VA. He said this is the best cleaning service he ever had. The communication was easy. Response was quick. They are professional and very thorough. I highly recommend MaidPro McLean.

The service was excellent. I highly recommend their cleaning team! They were punctual, professional, and left my home spotless. Nasrin pays great attention to detail, and my house looked and felt fresh after the cleaning.

I have been a long-time loyal customer of this cleaning company and have treated them with nothing but kindness, respect, and generosity. I’ve always paid fairly, even for last-minute or same-day requests, and I’ve gone above and beyond by referring them to family and friends (even paying for services on their behalf). I’ve also given them donations like clothes and tried to maintain a good relationship as a client.

Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Nasrin, has been increasingly disappointing. Communication has become very poor, and when she does respond, it’s often with attitude and a lack of professionalism. I’ve also noticed that many of my cleaning requests were not done properly, areas left untouched, dust and floors not fully cleaned, and things I specifically asked for overlooked.

The only reason I didn’t cut ties with this company sooner is because I felt comfortable trusting them in my apartment with my expensive belongings. That trust kept me around longer than I should have. But trust alone isn’t enough when the service, honesty, and professionalism aren’t there.

The most frustrating part was my last experience. At 4 p.m. on the day she was supposed to clean, she suddenly told me her cleaner was sick and canceled. I find this very unprofessional and difficult to believe, especially since she has cleaned my apartment alone in the past. Canceling last minute without honesty or accountability shows a lack of respect for loyal customers.

It honestly surprises me that this company has a perfect 5.0 rating on Google. My honest experience is very different. While I once believed in her service, I now see a lack of appreciation for loyal customers, and I feel misled.

I share this so that future customers know what they may be getting into.

MaidPro was a very professional cleaning company and very confident in the quality and speed of their work. I would therefore strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient, high-quality cleaning service.

Upped the price upon arrival! Was here for not more than hour! Carpet not clean and smells terrible. Major rip off!

I’ve used GreenSafe multiple times, excellent service! Highly recommend.

Justin did an outstanding job. Thorough and efficient. Carpets look great.

Courteous, professional, prompt and effective service... Outstanding! Fair and reasonable pricing. Customer service is off the charts. Will use GreenSafe again.

We had a white carpet in our apartment with 4+ years of dirt and spills in it. They did a great job cleaning it up - it looks way better than I thought was possible. Fast, friendly and professional.

These guys were amazing. Bill promptly got back and set up a time. I asked if he could do it day of at 1:00pm, which was a little late in the game, yet he got me in the next morning at 10 am. We had so many pet stains and even an ink stain. Everything came up and the smell was neutralized that had been lingering in the house. I cannot thank them enough for their work. It was the best decision I’ve made and would do it again.

Since finding Greensafe through another review site, we haven't used anyone else! Bill does a fantastic job on our dog-"enhanced" rugs and furniture. He shows up on time - is friendly and helpful - and does a careful and thorough job for a fair price. He demonstrates commitment to customer service, ensuring that the work is done not just to his satisfaction, but to the customers'. When he perceived some lingering dogginess in one of the rugs he'd cleaned, he cleaned it again before returning it to us, apologizing profusely for the delay. It's a pleasure to do business with this company.
