Excellent service! Jake and Nick were very thorough. They conducted a smoke test and identified the problem (toilet wax seal). They quickly repaired the toilet and did it all for a great price. Highly recommend!

I had a blocked basement toilet drain .on a Sunday morning. I could not clear it myself with a 6 foot auger. Marcus for Roto Rooter was fantastic. The external drain at the outside of the house was covered in concrete and he had to clear it to check for blockage . He then had to remove the toilet downstairs and use an electric snake augur the clear a bad blockage. Took about 90 minutes.

The Roto-Rooter process is excellent. Sekethia called ahead to inform me that the Plumber would arrive within the hour. Jacob, the Plumber, arrived on time and assisted with leak detection. Within minutes, he located the leak and resolved the issue. He also shared insights on how the water system operates in our neighborhood, which could contribute to the leak. Additionally, he provided tips on how to monitor and prevent future leaks. Kudos to Sekethia and Jacob for a job well done!

He worked very hard to make everything as perfect as possible. While ultimately one of my sinks requires hydrojetting, he fixed the other major issues and kept trying to make that sink work.
