Roto Rooter sent Jake out to evaluate what could have caused our flooded basement. Jake was able to diagnose and quickly clear the main water drain for us. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Jake as your technician. We also worked with Gabe and Steve (trainee) for the camera inspection and they were both wonderful.

Jake did an excellent job fixing a burst pipe at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything repaired properly. So happy with my experience with Roto-Rooter! My outside nozzle began spraying water everywhere, after not working at all for a few months. I called Roti-Rooter and the women that I spoke with were polite and professional and very efficient. Marcus came out early in the morning and fixed the issue, and also gave me some tips on how to maintain my outdoor plumbing in the winter. He then fixed a toilet that wasn't performing efficiently. He was really kind and professional, and explained what he was doing. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. I will use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to my friends!

I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. We had a water heater bust at a commercial property, and they promptly replaced it the same day at a reasonable cost. The technician, Jake, along with the additional technician, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and friendliness. I had questions regarding the insurance claim after they left, and Jake promptly responded to my inquiries and stated that I could call him any time with additional questions. We intend to utilize their services again for any future water or plumbing needs.

This is a great company to get your ductwork done! Booking an appointment at AirPure Services was very easy and fast. I have three dogs so my vents were full of pet hair.
