Tyler could not have been more professional or knowledgeable about our dryer unit. He fixed the problem with flying colors and I could not have asked for a better technician. I highly highly recommend this company in Tyler to do your work.

Tyler was the consummate professional. He showed me everything he was going to do and made sure I was completely aware the work he was performing. Definitely a great experience and I would gladly recommend your team to all me family and friends.

They did a great job cleaning out the 4 years of lint that had built up in our vent. They even got the inside part of the dryer (ge front load with the vent as a slot).

I had an excellent experience with Brennon when he came out to inspect and clean my dryer vent. He was professional, on time, and very thorough with his work. Brennan took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was cleaned properly and working safely before he left. It gave me peace of mind knowing the vent was clear and running efficiently. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude—highly recommend The Dryer Vent Guys for service!

Lucas did a great job with our vent cleaning. He explained everything from diagnosing the problem to proposing solutions. He was able to fix our issue and was extremely professional. Would highly recommend the Dryer Vent Guys!

The “Dryer Vent Guys” team was very professional and prompt in addressing the problem that I was facing with my dryer displaying D90 error code. Lucas, the magician technician from Dryer Vent Guys, was phenomenal. He immediately knew what the problem was, and saw to it that the issue was resolved.

10/5 rating for Dryer Vent Guys and Lucas 😊😊😊.

I have decided that I will get my dryer vent cleaned through Dryer Vent Guys moving forward. One thing that separates them from other companies is that they specialize in cleaning the vent when it’s located on the roof as opposed to on the siding.

Lucas was great! He was fast, efficient, had great customer service and informed us of everything we needed to know along the way. Barbara also made making an appointment really easy and fast. Thanks team!

Tyler arrived on time and got right to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and provided pictures to show what had been done. Will definitely recommend and use them again

This company offers a much-needed service with customer care practices that are rare these days. This company sends reminder texts and Lucas, who was scheduled to do our vent cleaning, called ahead of time to say he was on the way, and gave me an accurate arrival time. Upon arrival, he gave me the price for the visit as well as the possibility of additional costs should anything need repair or replacing. He explained what he was doing and took photos as he completed the dryer vent cleaning. In additional to all of the above, Lucas was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning both for the service and for their customer care practices.

Jackson showed up on time for the appointment and explained everything about the process including any recommendations. Jackson was also very thorough with his work and overall great to work with. Highly recommend the Dryer Vent Guys for your vent cleaning needs.

Lucas did a great job explaining the whole process and was very detailed during the inspection. He made sure the vent was properly cleaned and provided high quality photos and videos of the end results. Would highly recommend Dryer Vent Guys for future vent cleanings.

Excellent Service start to finish. Brennon was super thorough with the dryer vent inspection and cleaning. Great communication, arrived on time, explained everything in detail and was super professional. Would definitely recommend the Dryer Vent Guys!

I would highly recommend Jackson and Tyler from the Dryer Vent Guys! They were both very courteous, respectful of property and surroundings and very thorough in the performance of their job! This by far been the best team / individuals that have done work in my home!

I really liked Jackson and would request him again. He explained everything he was going to do and informed me of the safety inspection findings for my home.
System cleaned end to end. Thorough job at a fair price!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the technician Jackson. He did a very thorough and conscientious job. We would definitely recommend The Dryer Vent Guys.

Great service from Tyler. He is friendly, professional, and does a thorough job. He provided great communication, including pictures after the inspection and what was needed to secure the vent. For a contractor, we were enjoyed getting to know him. Would highly recommend this company. The inspection offers peace of mind. Rates are reasonable.

Bobby was a huge help. Very detailed and thorough and was so patient explaining how things worked and how we could improve the current vent set up. Jackson returned on another day to do a repair on our ductwork and he was great. Extremely personable and efficient. They did a great job! Highly recommend.

The Dryer Vent Guys (And Tyler in particular) are wonderful to work with. They quickly got me scheduled at a convenient time for me and showed up right on time. I overslept and they even hung around for another 30 minutes until they managed to get me. Tyler took lots of pictures and spent time explaining before removing a large bird’s nest from my dryer vent. Will definitely use them again!

Brennan and Austin from The Dryer Vent Guys were superb! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Wasted no time in cleaning the vents and kept me informed throughout the process. Very happy with the results and will use them again next time.

A well-deserved 5 stars for Tyler, Ty and The Dryer Vent Guys. Came out, resolved my problem, and gave me some self maintenance tips. Very professional and considerate crew. Highly recommend and will have them back when needed.

It was a pleasure to work with the Dryer Vent Guys. I was told Lucas was going to be my technician. They sent me a picture of him so I knew who was coming to my home. He texted me when he was leaving for my house and then again when he was 10 minutes out. He was explained everything he was going to do with the dryer. He was professional and nice and I would definitely ask for him again. I feel safe knowing that my dryer vent is clean.
