Love the lawn in Garden center in Lowes !

Worse customer service I'll still with lowes at white oaf

Had what I needed and loaded it in my truck for me....so simple and easy.

Mechanicsville garden Dept. Seems to have a much nicer selection of plants and healthier.

All the plants, lawn seeding fertilizer, hot tub and swimming pool stuff you need.

The plants were in much need of water and alot of them were dying. The clerk was wonderful.

Great staff, great prices!!! This is my very favorite Lowes store.

For a not so good time, try calling the number listed... No matter what number you press, you end up at the main menu and literally, no selection reaches a live person during normal hours. VERY frustrating.

Plenty of nursery stock to choose from, however, you need to look it over for healthy plants

Always find more than I came for. But they need to hire more people to water plants. So dry. A lot past hope. I'm sure it's a big loss

Bought some mulch there it is supposed to be black and all faded out ...looks gray... Redulious!!!!

Nice variety of healthy plants. However orchid I wanted did not ring up in the system and cashier offered no solution.

For the last 4 visits over the last 4 or 5 weeks there has been no one working the registers in the garden center. I really have not seen anyone working in garden center except 2 men getting some back product down from the rafters for a customer. In the store no registers open only the self check out with one employee watching over and working 4 registers. There is a customer at all 4 registers with 4 or more customers in line.

The person in the garden center was very helpful, she showed us the area where the plants were that we asked for

Very nice and clean store, they have a very large garden center, with healthy greenery and flowers. My first time visiting that store will return. 😊

I have found they don't water their plants enough. I'll browse on a weekend and lots of their stock looks thirsty and a bit beat up.

Good atmosphere! Garden Center friendly & helpful at a very busy time! Shirley at checkout was pleasant & efficient. Look forward to shopping there again!

Quick easy shopping trip for a set of Kobalt tools. They had what I needed and self checkout was fast.

I like Lowe's and find many of my goods here, however, Lowe's needs to train their employees more thoroughly so they have knowledge when a customer asks about what is being sold there.
