Bonnie in lawn and garden was extremely helpful and nice. She helped me pick out the most beautiful palm tree and helped me load it into my SUV. She's what customer service is all about.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes in the Garden section. Two registers functioning. One register had an issue and needed management to clear it. Those people were still there when they finally opened another register. I won't be going back to that store, too many negatives to overcome.

People at Lowe's are always so helpful. I just shopped the garden center today. Great sales on annuals. Plenty of employees to help me with questions and finding things. I always shop the Lowe's garden center for my plants, mulch and garden tools.

I went on a Monday morning, so the place was cluttered with just-delivered stuff that needed to be moved into place. I bought a lot of mulch that was loaded outside. Two of the last three times I've picked up mulch there has been a loader to help, which is nice.

Lots of garden choices. Busy but that's expected this time of the year. Lots of plants in containers and outdoor plants for gardens. A lot of the hanging baskets needed water. Prices okay.
April 2022 - Didn't have the plant I was looking for but did purchase two others. Lots of perinneals and annuals in stock.

Was in line for over 45 minutes poor cashier called for help 4 times nobody came her register was locked up. She finally went into store and found someone who could not fix the problem. Eventually got what I came for and got out after an hour in line. Love shopping at Lowes but this was my worst experience ever have spent over 3000.00 in the last two weeks there and today I was truly disappointed in management not having there people's back!!!

I came to purchase herbs and vegetables for my garden and the selection was pretty bad. A lot of the vegetables had sun burned and yellow leaves. The only herbs they had were rosemary, dill, and basil. Such a disappointment as I actually traveled further out to another Lowe's and there was no difference in their selection.

Purchased some beautiful annuals for my flower pots. If this is your thing, hurry in, as they are getting snatched up quickly cause 'tis the season 💞🌷🌷🤗

Fast moving line in the garden center. Good selection of clearance plants. A huge garden area with a lot of options. Plants were extended to the parking lot. This Lowes is VERY busy with cars, trucks, and customers. I actually never felt crowded even with so many people.

You can always find beautiful flowers at Lowe's! I found hanging baskets, beautiful planters to sit on patios or sidewalks, all kinds of plants, vegetables and flowers in trays ready for you to create your own masterpieces. Prices have gone up like everywhere else, but I always recommend you check out the clearance area.

BrightView's Tree Care Service has handled a number of different tree projects for me including removals, pruning, and even landscape design/tree installations. Mr. Lewis is very knowledgeable and he genuinely seems to care a lot about trees, so because of that, plus the level of service and communication that he and his crew provide throughout the entire process, I would highly recommend them for any type of tree work.

I have used Brightview for the past 3 to 4 years to treat my tree for web worms. As of this date I still have the same Webworms they never have come out in the spring to treat the tree before the foliage comes in, I have called them in March to come out and treat the tree and they said they would but they never showed up. I have not been able to use my backyard for the past 3 to 4 summers because of the Webworms, coming down out of the tree, they have come out in July or August after the fact that the worms has taken over the tree.I am very dissatisfied with the way they have treated my account and nothing has been done about the Webworm

I needed to remove the dead tops of some trees. BrightView was out to my house within hours of my call to provide an estimate and guidance. They listened to my concerns about trying to save the trees and outlined an affordable action plan that would provide the best possible scenario to take off the dead tops and preserve them. They gave a target date and arrived on time and completed the job as described. Complete cleanup and beautiful work! Thank you!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They are supposed to come to our apartment complex every week, but they come every two weeks. When they arrive, they never finish cutting the grass in one day. They always leave an area undone. The grass is extremely high because they do not come on time to cut the grass. It's the worst company EVER.

Bright view is evidently contracted to maintain Grove Point Subdivision...but who would know..
They show up supposedly every two weeks...but its usually every 3 weeks. When they do show up the grass doesn't look as though they have dropped the blade at all..Their is no one to contact...very poor service..

We had a great experience with the removal of several dead/very ill trees from our property. David (Arborist) came out for an estimate soon after I called, and the job was booked and completed within 2 weeks of our getting HOA approval. The removal team was very professional and careful - they even gave my neighbor a heads up to close her garage door to avoid excess dust. The worksite was left very neat/clean. I especially appreciated that David was willing to answer all of my questions, and also provided me with copies of BrightView's license/bonding/insurance information so that I knew everything was squared away before work began. Thank you!

I arrived in Richmond Virginia around mid January of this year and problems with the service of this company had not been an issue until the month of June. I am stationed at Fort Lee so, after a long day of training to fight for this country, I happen to come home to witness a lack of respect for my property. I understand that accidents happen but this is not the first not the second but now just recently the third time my property has been damaged. I was never notified of the damage, I had to find it out on my own, which to me is a sign of disrespect. I was not going to take it this far as to write a review and make it known to the public but this is the THIRD time damage has happened. I am not sure what has happened to this company but something needs to be addressed and fix immediately. No one, even a soldier, does not deserve the disrespect of personal property that the employees have provided for this company.
