In all of my seventy-three years life have never seen a Family owned business with top self knowledge, experience, above board thoughtfulness and service in my entire life that comes even closer to what the CEO of Blazer Heating, Air and Plumbing has created . This was my third personal purchase of a HVAC unit in the same home and my fifth HVAC unit sense 1977 and learned more in this one 11/12/25 Blazer Heating Air and Plumbing purchase than I had in all of the five HVAC units in had the pleasure of owning. My experience with the entire Blazer staff has been such a pleasant surprise and pleasure it’s still hard to wrap my head around. We are living in 2025 are we not! I’m actually in a bit shock after being fearful after the last one I had installed to the fine of Blazer has been beyond belief. Anyone with a business on this level has to have a strong American Family owned business and crew to all be this good. I could go on in detail how they miss nothing to level most people would not even notice. I’d be more than happy to give reference to anyone that would like it. We need more like this. A Business that can be Trusted. Wow!

Matt from Blazer provided excellent service. He was here to complete routine maintenance. While here he identified areas that over service techs missed and resolved them immediately. Matt was thorough in his inspections and servicing of equipment, ensuring everything was done properly. Not only did he perform the work well but also delivered a high quality customer experience by communicating updates and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him and and will request him for future service needs.

If you have ANY plumbing and/or HVAC service needs, contact Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing immediately!!! They are the most reputable and honest company that I've encountered by far! I spent the entire week receiving visits and quotes from other companies that simply left me with a continued jaded view of life due to their apparent dishonesty. Unfortunately, in my experience, companies often take in consideration the cost of my home, neighborhood, etc. and then try to take full advantage of my pockets based on my perceived wealth. Well not Blazer. Thank you to Joseph, Wes, Caleb, and Taylor who not only took the time to hear my requests and/or concerns but did their due diligence to ensure that services were ONLY rendered if necessary. Thank you to Joseph, the catalyst for this review, who delicately informed me that my home did not need a duct cleaning as I had initially requested and had recently received a $1200 quote for completion by another company. Despite not owing Blazer a dime, I wanted to find out about Blazer's other available services, and unbeknownst to me, just like getting an oil change for a car, water heaters and HVAC units require servicing/maintenance (i.e., flushing, tune up, etc.) for performance, efficiency, safety, longevity etc. For what I paid to build/furnish my forever home, I want everything in it to last forever. With Blazer, I now feel rest assured that if my equipment doesn't last forever, it will at least come close, as no other companies in their field will be entering my home ever again! Thank you to Joseph and Wes (HVAC) and Caleb and Taylor (plumbing) for taking care of my home's equipment the very next day!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the HVAC installation Harrison M. and Eric M. completed for my home. Throughout the process they were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly explained how the system works and answered all my questions. The installers took care to protect my home and left the work area cleaner than they found it. The system performs exactly as promised and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Harrison, Eric, and the entire Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing team.

After completing the installation, Harrison took additional time outside of regular work hours to provide a thorough, one-on-one walkthrough of the thermostat setup.

I called Blazer because I pass their shop all the time and I wanted a smaller, local company. I just wanted to set up a fall/ spring maintenance schedule and when I called, they were very accommodating. We set up for a Wednesday morning at 9:30 and I got a reminder text the day before. Dakota was my technician and arrived on time. While he was checking my furnace, he was texting me photos of any corrosion and low amp readings on the capacitors. He quoted prices for each thing that needed changing and got prices for the things he could not repair that day. We scheduled him to come back out with new parts that he had to order and he was back in less than a week and did a terrific job.Everything was very transparent. Dakota was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitely on team Blazer!!

We’ve used Blazer for many years for twice yearly maintenance on our gas boiler and our AC unit. Every technician has been knowledgeable, well-prepared, friendly, respectful and professional. We recommend them highly!

Joshua and Eric installed our replacement geothermal heat pump. They arrived at 8 and finally completed the job about 5:30. It was the coldest day of the year but they worked hard and got it done. Fabulous install! Recommend them for great work

Joshua was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our driveway was icy and his truck could not make it up the driveway. Joshua made sure we had a proper diagnosis of our issue while a tow truck was called to help his truck get out of the driveway. Highly recommend Joshua.

Josh was awesome and very professional. I would definitely welcome him back to do any other further repairs in the house. Hard-working, and was very good explaining to me what needed to be done

Harrison the service technician did a fantastic professional job installing my Kumo Cloud adapter to our garage Mitsubishi mini split. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, thank you very much! The Kumo Cloud adapter is a great feature to be able to adjust things now remotely and I highly recommend this option along with using Blazer Heating, Air and Plumbing. I purchased the mini split from this company and they performed a very professional high level attention to detail installation.

I've also used Blazer to install additional air filtration systems to our air handlers to remove more dust and pollution in the home. They also provided service to our dehumidifier in the encapsulated crawlspace along with our two heat pumps.

Blazer is an extremely responsive company and wil schedule your service visit along with any repairs very quickly. Both customer service and professionalism is very important to them and it shows in the quality of the service they provide to their customers.

Many thanks to Jeff Williams our comfort consultant. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful in addressing our initial needs along with follow-up after installation making sure in person things are performing properly.

Thanks to Mike the Installation Manager and his team Trevor and Eric. They did an awesome high level installation of the mini split in our garage. Professional, courteous and a pleasure to have worked with as a part of my garage renovation project!

Blazer responded to our service request very quickly. The Technician Matt Covel was here within a couple of hours. We explained our issue and Matt got right on it and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the service from Matt and Blazer and are glad we chose them for our HVAC system.

Joshua was very professional and courteous, he installed the water source heat pump and it's running smooth and the room is comfortable and quiet. Thanks Joshua for all that you do keep up the good work.

Blazer promptly scheduled an appointment and had a technician on site same day. Great experience with Matt. He diagnosed the problem and offered several suggestions for repair/replacement. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

The tech that came out on Sunday at 6pm was great. He showed me everything that was broken and explained the best replacement options. I was grateful for his honesty and promptness. 4 out of 5 simply because I’m just waiting to hear back from the office on the warranty and cost to replace the damaged pieces, there is currently a snow storm so I expect normal operations have not yet resumed. Thanks for getting my heat back up and running while we wait for the correct part.

Matt diagnosed and fixed the problem with my heat pump quickly. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though I think the price was a bit high for what was done, at the end of the day my house was cold so I paid what had to be paid. Overall great experience though.

Blazer Heating,Air & Plumbing Technicians arrived at my house this morning bright & early, to flush my tankless water heater. They did a great job, no mess, very polite, answered all my many questions.
We will have a yearly appt from this point on. The $50 coupon on flushing was nice also.

Blazer recently replaced my 20 year old Trane heat pump unit with a new Trane split system. I initially met with Joseph to determine what series would meet my needs and provide me with a cost estimate. During our walk-through, I found him to be extremely professional, technically adept and an active listener. He also pointed out a few items that other competitors had not noted or observed. He provided me with several options to consider and then patiently answered any questions I had so that I felt comfortable when making the choice that it best suited my needs. The lead-time for installation was very expedient. The installation team consisted of Joe and Renner, who were equally impressive with their attention to detail and technical skills. Sheet metal transitions, condensate drains and wiring connections were meticulously executed. It's a shame his work is hidden behind a utility door. Joe walked me through the smart thermostat connections and explained their various functions.

I was so pleased with all of their work that I also had them replace old shutoff valves for the washing machine and water main with ball valves. Caleb and Tyler did not disappoint and provided excellent service.

I've been very pleased with the services provided by all of Blazer's folks that I've dealt with!
