In the middle of the second heat wave in three weeks I was not very hopeful to get service on the same day. After my call to AeroTech, John arrived 2 hours later and quickly made the needed repairs to my A/C unit. Great service and a fair price. Oh. And great folks to work with!

October 7, 2025 Chesterfield, VA: Andrew & Chase - outstanding once again!
I moved and wanted AeroTech to be the first to check my HVAC because I knew they’d do an outstanding job. Though I live 55 min. away now from Aylett, John Spangler, owner, was kind enough to agree.
Andrew arrived with Chase. They found that the a/c line was plugged and needed to be flushed. He installed the thermostat correctly as well.
I have peace of mind that my HVAC was serviced with the utmost care. I will miss them greatly. Since I am so far out of their area, I will need to use a different company, but I will never forget them! Aerotech is like family to me because they truly care. Moreover, they have outstanding workmanship, knowledge, are trustworthy and the highest integrity.

John has been my HVAC go-to since I moved to Aylett in May 2023. Being a single woman, many times, I have been taken by laborers (women - you know I’m talking truth!). But not with John and his wife, Amy who takes the appointments and sends the invoices and receipts. They both are trustworthy as well as being nice folks to work with!! Truly, you will be blessed and will never regret your decision to have AeroTech do your work. They are always timely keeping to the promised schedule, though with me, I don’t mind being newly retired, but I am mentioning it since it may mean a lot to you on a time schedule working.
John has hired tremendous young men who are trained and he trains with his hands-on work! I admire the ethics of John and his team - which speaks volumes!
Yesterday, January 17, 2024, John, Andrew and Mason arrived and started work promptly at 8:00 a.m. in the blistering cold 17 degrees. They worked all day in that cold diligently with only one lunch break - incredible to me. I would ask if they’d want coffee or tea, but they kept pressing on. They removed the propane gas furnace and a/c unit first; then, installed the new heat pump and air handler - a lot of work!! They finished around 2:00 p.m. when John had to run to a credit union without heat - his day had not stopped!! Andrew and Mason cleaned up and left around 3:00 p.m.
I have included pictures of their exceptional work of a Lennox Elite 15.2 SEER4 variable heat pump that qualifies for the “up to” $2K rebate. It has a WIFI thermostat.
AeroTech installs Lennox and American Standard (same as Trane); I chose the Lennox.
I encourage you to use AeroTech for your maintenance (bi-annual check), repairs and new installations. You will have peace of mind that they have installed it well and got needed inspections! AeroTech = Quality & Integrity & Dependable - 3 best qualities of any business!!

We live in a 100+ year old home, 4 floors not built for central hvac. AeroTech Mechanical designed and installed a system that now heats and cools the entire house. The installation crew were knowledgeable, fast, clean, polite, friendly and respectful of our home. Would 100% recommend AeroTech.

When we woke up to no heat last Sunday morning, I contacted AeroTech Mechanical. They promptly responded and Seth came out that day and replaced our failed igniter. We had heat again for that night when temperatures fell into mid teens. All for a very reasonable service charge under our annual maintenance contract. Highly recommended.

Team spent a great deal of time making sure we had heat. They were able to properly diagnose and fix both our furnaces. Really appreciated their dedication to figuring out a unique setup and getting us comfortable again.

The technician, Seth, was a very pleasant young man and he explained the work done and necessary maintenance required in a very concise and polite manner. Service was done quite quickly too.

John was here when he said he was going to be here and I received a text ahead of time as I was told. John knew exactly what to do and saved me a lot of money and headache. He also replaced the thermostat which was a very strange one. Paid someone years ago $100 for the visit and they said to replace a thermostat to the tune of $800! John was able to figure out the design, and fix it like it was easy. Yeah, it probably was easy for him because he knew what he was doing! Saved me money and a cold night!

John and Amy and Aerotech in general are an amazing company! Their company is the most honest HVAC company we have ever experienced. John and his techs operate with the utmost honesty and integrity! Cannot recommend anyone else! Thank you Again!

The service was excellent as always. My heat went out so I contacted them in the morning. They were able to come the same day and resolve the issue. Luckily it turned out to not be anything serious and they got it fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. I've been using them for a while and recommend them to anyone I know that needs HVAC work done. I will continue to use them anytime I need work done.

I purchased a new home and someone referred me to Blazer Heating &Air when one of the HVAC units died. The install could not have gone better last year, and their annual maintenance call was just completed and I was overwhelmed with how thorough the tech (Matt C) was in inspecting and cleaning all of my systems. There was no attempt to sell me anything new after he spent three ours completing the maintenance. I’ve been a homeowner for over 50 years in the Richmond area and would highly recommend Blazer to anyone looking for service.
