Service and annual checkup was completely by Bobby and he did a great job and was very professional.

Over the years I have used many plumbers and I have to say this was one of the most positive experiences I have had in a long time. Our overhead pipes started leaking and Vassar's came out to fix the problem.
Mr. Dennis (plumber) was courteous, helpful and really went out of his way to provide excellent service.
I would use Vassar's again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had Jeff Wright install a Rinnai system 18 months ago. He retired and recommended Vassar. Last October, we had them come in to do a routine servicing. Almost immediately, the system started malfunctioning and we had the same tech come out again but the system continued to malfunction. For the next two weeks, we tried to talk to somebody in authority at Vassar without success. He was avoiding us!!!
We are using a different service and would never use Vassar again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

This was the second time I have used Vassar’s. Daniel came out to check my tankless water heater and as it turned out, he only had to clean around the igniter. He was in an out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Today Tony came out to install hoses on 3 commodes. I was very impressed with his work. Tony was very organized. He cleaned up after his work. He was good about asking my opinion and giving me advice when I asked him. I will definitely keep Vassar’s on speed dial at my house.
Tony came out today to check my water heater. He was cordial, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is always so good about answering my questions. I appreciate Vassars for getting the hot water working the same day I called for service. Please make sure you give Tony a pat on the back for us. He’s the BEST!

I called Vassar's because another big name service company had to reschedule my appointment. The soonest they could come out was late January. If they're that busy they probably don't need my business. Luke at Vassars was very personable and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day and were able to come earlier than first expected. Bobby was a great service tech and walked me through everything he was doing. Unlike the BIG boys, they didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need. They'll be back in the spring.

We have had nothing but an exceptional experience with Vassars. We first contacted Vassars concerning the replacement of our water heater. Eric Powell came out and gave us the best options on heater options and his knowledge was far more than the other plumbers that had come out who tried to sell us tankless water heaters even though we did not have the necessary gas output to make it fully functional. While he was here, we asked about their HVAC maintenance program and we immediately signed up, especially after our debacle with Dominion’s installation of a brand new A/C and furnace. Since then, we have used them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs. Every single technician that they have sent has been extremely polite and knowledgeable and the their technical ability has been far better than any other technician we have had. Just recently, we had a weekend after hours situation with our A/C (I think this is the only time something happens). Our emergency technician was none other than the owner covering for one of his technicians. This is the pure example of leadership. He listened to everything and quickly determined the cause of the issue. We recommend Vassars to everyone and they should be the first contractor on your phone dial!

Bobby and Robert both have been servicing my HVAC system for years and I have had no failures or issues. I am always glad to have them come. They are prompt, thorough, clean up and communicate information to me as needed so I can do my part in keeping the system running. Very grateful for Vassar’s service. It makes a difference to keep things serviced and running in good order.

Excellent! Voelcker's is now my go to HVAC company. Unlike some other companies, they responded right away, were on site promptly, found the problem almost immediately (something that another larger company did not when they were here, more concerned with what itemized list they could charge me for). Voelcker's knows their business, they're friendly and take the time to explain things. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would, I'm extremely happy with my experience.
