This company is very customer oriented and very professional. They determined where the leak was in the existing system. We were given several alternative suggestions to fix the issue. The installation crew came early to install the new A/C unit and new thermostat. The estimate was done quickly after we made our choice. We were very satisfied with the install and the same day follow-up to make sure the new unit was operating properly.

Great company and prompt response. Had a leaking issue that caused our unit to need to be shut off. Company provided a time for a visit one business day later. Technician arrived right on time and diagnosed several issues with the drain pan, pipes, and shut off switches. He was able to come back in a couple days and make all the changes. Dustin was very knowledgeable and explained everything well to us and explained what to do in the future if we have any clogged lines. I felt given the excessive heat over this past weekend we were helped quickly and efficiently. I will surely use Hanover Air again for my needs.

I have used Hanover Air for more than 6 months now. They have always done a great job and are extremely responsive. I've worked with large companies, and they cannot hold a candle to Billy and his team. I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. I keep them in my speed-dial. We had Hanover Air install a new downstairs HVAC unit in our home. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and friendliness. Billy was fantastic to work with. He explained everything and answered our many questions. They men who installed the unit were experts in their field and did a great job. The new unit looks great. Hanover Air is an excellent and very professional company. Our heat pump staring freezing up on Tuesday, 7/1. We try to deal with local businesses so I called Hanover. Kim was very professional and helpful. She originally set up an appointment for Thursday morning. She texted me Wednesday morning that she was able to squeeze us into the schedule. James, the technician, was knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. He explained exactly what had happen to cause the problem and what had to be done to get our A/C back. He went the " extra mile" to find a fan motor. Because of Kim and James, we were cool again early afternoon on Wednesday, 7/2.
We will be using Hanover Air in the future and highly recommend them for your future needs.

Hanover Air has been excellent to work with. I’ve used Hanover Air for two properties now, and every time I have needed them, I have been impressed. The service technicians are very friendly and spend time showing me what is happening with our system. Kim in the office goes above and beyond to help address issues quickly. We have had a wonderful experience working with Hanover air systems. I initially called for a regular HVAC maintenance visit, and we have a bonus room over our garage that never gets heated or cooled properly so I wanted a professional to have a look. Dustin was excellent, and was quickly able to identify the main source of the issue in our bonus room. Afternoon after a lengthy discussion, Dustin had a few ideas that he took back to their lead estimator Billy. Within a week Billy sent me a detailed proposal with two options, outlining what they could do to help us. Ultimately we decided to install a new heating and cooling mini split system, which they were able to schedule within two weeks and successfully install in less than a day. Billy himself was here to oversee the installation and ensure everything agreed to in the project scope was done. Mike and Billy were the installers, and they were also fantastic. They got the job done without hardly knowing they were here. The finished product works great, and the installation itself looks extremely professional. I cannot say enough about this outfit, very professional and quality services. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone, seriously don’t hesitate to give them a call. They will provide so much value add service you don’t receive just anywhere.

Another 24 hrs service provider whom can't even afford an answering service with more operators to take the call. Was left on hold for 6 to 7 minutes and still nothing.👎

They put in the ductless heat for my partner's building. They wouldn't show up when they said they were going to and then would show up unannounced randomly. It took over a month with no communication. They left a hole in the wall to the outside for well over a week because they drilled it, put nothing in it and didn't close it up, tons of bugs got in through it. Now that they did finish, the units are leaking and ruined a bunch of wall art. Completely unprofessional and garbage work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I had installed a new furnace and A/C unit today and am absolutely thrilled! Justin Young and Renard Faison were an absolute joy to have!!!! Both displayed great expertise, efficiency, and so very helpful. Both were so patient answering my thousands of questions and I certainly would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best quality job…. So friendly and accommodating!!!!!!
