My A/C went out two days ago and Elite Heating and Air was out to me yesterday. The HVAC Tech that was sent here knew what was wrong within thirty seconds of me talking to him, went outside, showed me the issue and had my A/C running ice cold in under ten minutes. I would be suffering this weekend if it wasnt for these folks here. Thank you!

Was calling around this morning, looking for some information on an older unit that I have, Justin was able to help me with everything that I needed and more. Very knowledgeable and very honest. Would 100% recommend.

Everybody needs an honest, reliable and knowledgeable HVAC guy, Justin is your man! His broad depth of technical knowledge and hands on expertise with the mechanical side of the equation ensure any job he tackles will be completed correctly and professionally. Justin has worked on my HVAC systems at my house, and recently performed a complicated replacement of my park model Rooftop air conditioning system. The job included fabricating a drain system, installing a new roof top exhaust fan, as well as repairing and framing out the gable vent that was required to be cut in order to fit the AC unit Through a lifetime roof. He really went above and beyond on this one. Additionally, he also installed a mini split in the trailer’s sunroom. When I say Justin is a one stop shop, I am not exaggerating. I feel blessed to have found him and I will never use anybody else. I highly recommend Justin and elite heating and air!

My interaction with Justin from Elite Heating and AIr was by far the best service interaction I have ever experienced . He was extremely fast to address my problem. It was literally 15 minutes from when I called until he arrived at my house. The entire interaction from my initial call until the issue was fixed was about an hour! This is by far the best response time I have ever received from a company performing a service for me. He was very polite, explained the issue and how to avoid it in the future, and his prices were fair and reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend calling him for any HVAC needs.

Amazing work! I highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs. I have been using them for years. They installed our entire system and you would never know they came. Completely cleaned up and made everything look perfect. Also gave a detailed explanation of how it all worked. They are also available anytime for questions or repairs. Very fair prices for such quality work!!

I used Elite Heating and Air when my A/C wasn't working and Justin showed up to diagnose my problem in under 30 minutes. He worked methodically through finding the problem (which was very small) and corrected it quickly to ensure I cool my house again. Between the fast response, fast fix, and total knowledge of my system, I will 100% use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.

All I can say is these guys are amazing. I cannot tell you how many times I have been screwed over by HVAC companies. I had Ahs warranty and they kept sending out these companies that had one star and who were terrible. I had a leak and it was some valve. I had to wait a week for some valve to come in and they filled it up with refrigerant. My ac went out again, same problem. I was not going to wait and file another warranty claim. I just wanted the problem fixed and I wanted someone to be honest with me. I ended up calling elite as they were recommended by a friend of mine. I called and spoke to Justin who I was so impressed with over the phone. I could tell he knew what he was talking about as I have been getting the run around for a year now. He sent Travis out the same day, like 2 hours later and wow Travis was so awesome. He fixed my leak and filled it up with refrigerant in probably 30 minutes. He also checked all of my ductwork, upstairs unit and found out that I didn’t have a safety switch, he installed that for me. He was absolutely so honest, professional and just an awesome person. I will never ever deal with anyone else. I have dealt with many different companies over the past year who have all been dishonest….Honesty is the most important thing to me. I am going to replace my unit soon and they now definitely have my business. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else or get other quotes. Thank you Travis so much and thank you Justin for everything. You guys are truly amazing.

AC replacement 3.5 ton:
First, immediate response service call to replace blown capacitor on 23 year old system to keep us cool. Then, professional expert service within days and to replace the system with new. Didn't even charge for the first service call. Will never use anyone else. Mechanics are incredible. Fast fast fast from beginning to end including paperwork. All super reasonable and fair.

Best HVAC company EVER. Kevin, Travis and the crew are awesome. They helped my piece of junk unit that was originally put in this house stay alive lol for 2 years before I could save enough money to replace the whole system. Kevin and his crew replaced the whole inside and outside unit plus new ductwork for an amazing price. I will never use anyone else. If you want the job done correctly, do not look elsewhere. These guys are so professional and will get the job done right. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for all you have done. 😊

The Elite Heating and Air team has been terrific! Justin and everyone who has worked at my house, especially to get a new unit installed after my last one was destroyed in a fire in June in VA, are terrific. They are knowledgeable, friendly and timely. I do not plan on using any other business for my HVAC needs!
Justin and team have proved again how amazing they are. My new unit had a slight issue, he was here the next day and fixed it. They are all super responsive and remember who you are and what they have helped you with. Honestly - no other HVAC place will even come close for me!

I am sitting in my beautifully climate controlled home, wishing in a weird way that I had switched out my HVAC system years ago! Justin, Kevin, and the whole crew from Elite HVAC gave me an upgrade I didn’t know I needed, and were honest and professional during the whole process. When my old unit died, Justin came out and told me candidly what my options were - we could have repaired the old compressor and replaced the coolant, and they would have done that if we wanted. I’m so very happy we decided to replace the old one - now everything involved in my system is brand new, built to a much higher efficiency standard, and very competitively priced with a better than standard warranty. I’ve actually turned the thermostat up by 2 degrees because it’s so much colder than the old one! These guys know what they’re doing, and are prompt, efficient, and trustworthy. Justin also took time to clearly explain maintenance, and even showed me where and what to buy to reduce my replacement filter cost by about 60%. A bonus for me is using a smaller local business that depends on word of mouth, instead of jacking up prices to pay for huge facilities and advertising. 10/10 recommend!

Our family needed a new HVAC system. We bid this job out with a couple of vendors. What stood out about AeroTech was their customer service and commitment. The phone is always answered with promptness and courtesy, and Amy makes things happen! I appreciated John's review on the equipment. He took the time to share with me what had gone wrong in non-technical terms. He shared a variety of options we could purchase. He patiently answered all of our questions too. Additionally, the team installing the new equipment were thorough and so careful to take care of our house. I appreciated all of the drop cloths put down. They worked so quietly throughout the day and when it was done you couldn't even tell they had been there! I appreciated the overview of what had been completed and how to use the new thermostat. Overall, it was a very easy process and we were most impressed with their company - we even purchased the service plan!

John and Andrew came to the house and we're very polite, put covers on their shoes, talked professionally and went above and beyond to fix and repair and set up maintenance to both of my units.
I couldn't be more thrilled with everything they did. They also offered advice and really took their time telling me about other ideas to save me money, make the house more comfortable and just flat out answer any questions I had.

We arrived home to no AC and 87 degree house. I called Aerotech and they Arrived in less than two hours after I called. Andrew and Parker were polite, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. will be first I cal when I have problems. Thanks for restoring our AC on such a hot day.
