Fast and efficient in the way they work. Meticulous and precise. My wife and I love the way our house feels right now. We have to get use to this nice comfort you have provided. What can I add that hasn't already been said. The Blazer techs are always friendly, willing to explain what's going on and make suggestions of how to improve your particular system.
I definitely recommend Blazer for your HVAC system's maintenance plan and your peace of mind.

Called around noon and they were out before 2 the same day. Technician diagnosed problem quickly and efficiently. Would recommended blazer any time

Joshua and Eric installed a new hvac system today. They are both professional and personable and extremely polite. They worked hard all day. The new unit seems to be working great!

This company started great, however it went downhill fast. I was scheduled to have a bi-annual maintenance done in the summer of 2025 but they cancelled saying they were too busy. They claimed they would do it again in the fall when they had more time. They wouldn't do it then either. Eventually my system broke down because of the lack of maintenance during an ice storm and they refused to come fix it. So I had to go with another company who would come out and repair it. Finally, in February 2026, Blazer called to schedule an appointment after they left me in the lurch 6-7 months earlier. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF THE MAINTENANCE OF YOUR HVAC SYSTEM IS NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Harrison came out to complete my aunt’s maintenance and he was incredible. Not only did he preform the maintenance but he changed the batteries in the smoke alarms and helped with other things around the house. She is elderly and cannot complete these tasks herself. Harrison jumped at the opportunity to help her. He deserves all the recognition. We will not use anyone else but Blazer because of him! Thank you Harrison

I highly recommend Blazer Heating, Air, and Plumbing. Dakota took the time to explain the problem with our a/c unit, and fixed it as promised. They were reasonably priced and able to come out the same day. We will definitely use them again!

Great service. Had to replace old unit and it was installed the next day. Very professional technicians who explained everything for me on how the new unit runs. Definitely satisfied.

Dakota was very polite and did a thorough check of our heating system. He made us aware of how the system operated the best. He also checked our air conditioner as well. He offered different items for our systems. We recommend Dakota 100% to anyone. Blazer certainly has a well trained employee and we recommend Dakota thoroughly.

Matt is professional,courteous, punctual and always explains everything he does. He does it in a way that you understand it. He’s been doing the maintenance on our HVAC for a couple years now. Blazer is fortunate to have him on their team.

Semi annual checkup on our system with Jon, nice that they text exactly who is coming out ahead of time. Everyone we’ve had any interaction with has been great. They installed a new system last year, explained all options for any work needed. We would definitely recommend Blazer!

Great experience from making the appointment to having the technician onsite. Jon Orr is highly skilled, respectful, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He shared pics and videos of the equipment, thoroughly discussed the recommendations, and cleaned up after the work was complete. Extra points for being kind to my dog who wanted to "help". We received top notch customer service from every person we interacted with. The installation team put in extra effort and creativity to overcome unexpected challenges presented by the layout of our house. They were courteous, tidy and very knowledgeable. I particularly like that they schedule a follow up inspection to ensure everything is working correctly and reminded us to register for product warranties. Definitely recommend working with them!

Blazer stands above the rest in terms of quality of work, customer service, and value. Wes came out and helped diagnose what was troubling my furnace. I ultimately decided to replace it but never once felt pressured or that I was being mislead for the sake of a sale. Wes was honest and answered all my questions, which allowed me to make an informed decision. Joseph came out and scoped the project and I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the quote was. The installation crew were here within a week and I am now going into the winter with peace of mind thanks to the new furnace and knowing Blazer will be there if needed.

Matt did our system check up. Very professional, supplied pictures of what he was doing, and gave us a comprehensive system review before he left. Very personal and considerate of our property. Would highly recommend Blazer.

I appreciate the effort and expertise of the guys at Blazer while replacing my geothermal system. Matt started it up today and the house has warmed up. Good guys to do business with.
Update. Blazer went above and beyond by coming back to my house to finish one last detail and while there installed a necessary section of duct that the company that installed the original system had left off. I moved them up a notch to Great Guys to do business with.

Joshua Smith came out in between snow storms to look at our heat pump as it was freezing up. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed control board, explaining everything to me as he went. Parts on order, follow up appointment scheduled, and he was great from start to finish, highly recommend
