Albert (Al) Campbell of Southern Air, showed up Friday February 1, 2019 @ 4:30pm in his company truck to give my coworker an estimate to replace ductwork under her house. She secured an estimate and he was to return on Saturday February 9th 2019 @6-6:30am according to his text message. He then requested that she pay him upfront for the work that was to be done. After she questioned why he wanted to be paid before he started. As she expressed deep concern about paying for work not started and she has already purchased the ductwork and straps and miscellaneous items needed for the job. He continues to tell her to find some other company to do the job. Then commenced to bashing her on his FB page because she didn't feel comfortable paying for work not started or completed...very unprofessional and as a representative of Southern Air..this is poor business practices...I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I called Gwg services as I was referred to him from a good friend too do an inspection on a hvac system that was installed in my home , Greg scheduled too come out that Friday at 1:30pm he was 15 minutes early and was very thorough, he was professional while at my home and he knew exactly what to check look for and was very informative when I asked questions , I gave 5 stars because for any hvac services I need , he was very fair in pricing and these guys met every aspect of expectations, he found minimum issues and instead of up selling he corrected the few issues he found at no charge ! This company was absolutely awesome to deal with , HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY HVAC SERVICES OR REPAIRS NEEDED !

Had Greg come out and install a new HVAC system on our house after we moved in. Had to install all new duct work and run all new everything. His prices were great, work was fantastic, and customer service was awesome! Him and his team did so well, we brought them back out to build our back porch! Highly recommend for any project you might need!
