Grant and the team at JMA Mechanical are fantastic. On numerous occasions, their knowledge, expertise and awareness to troubleshooting and service has kept our HVAC system performing. We started using them during a small service call during this years ice and snow storm, they came out on a Saturday and didn’t charge a weekend/emergency rate to help us. Since then, they have refilled our system multiple times, fixed, multiple leaks, troubleshooting numerous error codes, and have always been extremely professional and informative! As of late, Grant and his guys have started a preventive maintenance contract to keep us on track so these issues don’t happen again.

Everyone we spoke with was very friendly! This company was recommended to us by a friend (and longtime area resident). We ran into a situation with a bad dishwasher and needed help. The staff answered all of our questions, offered helpful advice to save us time and money, and then went out of their way to install a new dishwasher quickly for our family. We were very impressed with the entire experience.
