Constraction reviews in Midlothian, Virginia

LHC quickly provided a detailed estimate which was competitive with other contractors. Moreover, Lee made several recommendations which significantly improved the overall design. LHC scheduled the work in a timely fashion. Alexis is a very effective communicator and kept us apprised about all ongoing activities. In summary, we are very satisfied with LHC’s professional workmanship and the finished project.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job on screening in my porch!! We absolutely love the porch and are enjoying it every day. They did high quality work and were very easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and everything was left perfectly clean when done. Outstanding job!!! I highly recommend LHCServices!!

We used LHC to replace some water damaged flooring on a screen porch along with redoing the entire porch with new screening and new posts. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. We were very pleased with everyone that was working with us. If something is not right, they will work with you until it is right. Would recommend them if you need some remodeling done on your porch/ decks.

I needed a new deck, new balcony deck, pillars on my front porch, storm door and kitchen door. Super fast to complete all of the projects and easy communication throughout. I will definitely work with them again and recommend them to people in the area. Thanks again!

LHC built a garage with an electrical subpanel, a stamped concrete patio and a large pergola for us. It was an amazing transformation to our home. Lee's team was always on time even during pandemic supply chain issues and they did great work. The garage and patio were built a year ago and we haven't had any problems.

Lee and his team helped us navigate a fairly complex permitting issue for our deck while we were in the process of selling our home.

Not only were they able to complete the work in a timely manner, but they interfaced with the city on our behalf to ensure everything was compliant.

We would highly recommend them.

The only thing I can say is these guys are great. It took them 2 days to complete the job and it is perfection. Everybody in their whole organization is great to work with. I'm going to definitely use them for more projects around the house.

I could not be happier with the work Lee Peck and team provided. The stamped concrete patio & covered composite Front porch will be something our family can enjoy for years to come. I have already had a number of compliments from neighbors wanting to know what company I used. I would highly recommend LHC Services to anyone looking for quality workmanship and attention to detail.

My old deck was rotting and needed to be entirely replaced. Lee Peck and LHC Services provided a reasonable estimate and completed the job in the estimated time frame (despite delays from rainy weather). He and his team were professional and responsive. The new deck completely transforms the look of my backyard and I look forward to enjoying many evenings sitting on the back porch. 100% would recommend if you are looking to repair or replace your decking. I plan to use them again for future projects.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job on our front porch! We had the steps replaced and the ceiling portion redone as well. They also did a custom door for our 1923 Bungalow in northside. They did such a great job we had them come back and do our deck a few months later. They do quick, but quality work. Love working with LHC!

LHC Services built me a new two story garage. I am beyond thrilled with it. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee Peck. He was always forthright and professional helping me make the decisions that needed to be made. All the workers were very hard working, professional and I was very impressed with their work ethic. I will definitely be doing other projects with LHC Services. Thank you very much.

LHC Services just completed a large decking and patio project at my home. They were on time, on budget and used premium products for the build. Mr. Peck is one of the best contractors I have used over the years. He is very conscientious about his work, and has a good team, especially his carpenter Mike, who is a true craftsman. From demolition of the old deck, to the construction of the new deck, clean up, and attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I have highly recommended Mr. Peck to neighbors and friends.

We had a 20 year old deck that had seen better days. I contacted Lee and he came over and we discussed replacing the deck with a screened in deck. Lee promptly provided a quote that was in the range of our budget and we moved forward. Lee’s Team and subs he used did a great job. From tear down to final product the team did high quality work throughout. As I write this review I am enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon in my finished screened in deck and loving it! I highly recommend Lee for your project.

We had a great experience working with LHC Services on our deck and retaining wall project. They were quick, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. The workmanship is excellent, and they focused on exactly what we needed without trying to upsell or expand the scope beyond our goals. Everything was done safely, efficiently, and with care. We’ll absolutely be using their services again in the future!

LHC did a great job on our new garage. I went with them because of their experience and ability to handle all aspects of the project - especially permitting. They were flexible with changes throughout the project and patient during all the ups and downs of a multi-month build.

The only thing I would’ve changed about our process wasn’t on LHC. I would’ve required 3D mock-ups from an architect and worked out every single detail prior to breaking ground (siding color, shingles, windows, fixtures, even outlet placement). It was great that LHC was so flexible but with that came the obvious price changes and some minor delays that could’ve been easily avoided if we were better prepared on the front-end of the project. Again, the changes were not LHC’s fault and we’re grateful they allowed/accommodated them.

Lee and his crew were great to work with. Lee always kept us informed of what to expect each week. His employees were always on task and respectful of our property. We were able to make changes along the way. His prices were very reasonable compared to other garage quotes we received. All of his employees are true craftsmen in their trade. We look forward to having Lee do several other projects in the near future.

We are so pleased with the new screened in porch and stamped concrete outdoor area that LHC Services built for us! The owner, Lee Peck, and his team were super to do business with. Lee remained in contact with us throughout the project and kept us informed of the status and next steps as the job progressed. Every single person that came to our property was polite, on-time, skilled, and hard working. Their workmanship is excellent and really stands out! We will definitely call on LHC Services for any future needs and are so very thankful for their excellent work.

LHC Services did a great job replacing our existing deck with a new screened porch. Lee and Alexis communicated with us effectively and work crews were punctual and were a pleasure to deal with. Time frame for completing this job was met and finished in about 30 days. All in all, this was a very good experience

We love our new composite deck and paver patio! An old treated lumber deck and crumbly patio were replaced. A new retaining wall along the patio was also installed.
LHC Services is a trustworthy, top-notch company. Lee was constantly checking on our project, making sure his crews were on task. Crews were friendly, reliable, and skilled. Alexis was in communication nearly every day. Working with LHC on this big project was a pleasure; if an issue popped up, Lee promptly sorted it to our satisfaction. We highly recommend!

Deck Improvement Project = SUCCESS! LHC Service returned my call within 24 hours of reaching out to them. The project manager, Alexis, was with me from the start answered all my questions and visited then property at least twice in order for us to get handrails and a privacy fence on an already existing deck. We wanted to use hog wire for a different look and they made it happen! She let us know early on that a tree service and electrician would be involved to repair and add some electric outlets for our outdoor needs. She arranged all that and everyone was logistically lined up and did excellent work. The entire project last 2.5 days and we couldn’t be happier. The line of communication were clear and easy (phone calls, texts and emails) and the daily visits helped keep me informed & able to add a few extras (more electrical help and an additional tree removal). Very pleased - would use again for other projects.

I recently had a screen porch and patio built by LHC Services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Lee, the owner, was very approachable and took the time to discuss my vision for the project. But I have to give a special shout-out to Alexis, the project manager. She was truly wonderful throughout the process.
What impressed me most was her communication. While I was out of the country, she made it a point to send me updates and pictures of the progress. It made me feel really connected to the project, even from afar.
The entire team was professional and dedicated, and they paid attention to every little detail. The quality of the work is fantastic and their price point for the project was much less than the competitors. The porch has become my favorite room in the house and I use it every day. I highly recommend LHC Services if you are thinking about any home improvement.
