Constraction reviews in Midlothian, Virginia

We are thrilled with the two total bathroom renovations that Elias and his Quality Construction Works crew completed for us. I feel like I’m in a luxury hotel in my master bath!
QWC simultaneously remodeled our master and kids’ bathrooms, including some structural changes like removing one wall and moving another. We appreciate their quality craftsmanship, especially on our complex shower tile work - truly a work of art.
Elias and his crew are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They were patient with us about design changes along the way during construction. (Occasionally we didn’t like how something looked initially, and they were always accommodating about changing it to our satisfaction.)
Elias also has fair pricing and a consistent, reliable work schedule. We highly recommend Quality Construction Works for your bathroom renovation!

Phenomenal experience! Worked closely with Bryan throughout the process. His knowledge and experience helped guide us through design, selection, engineering and installation to make this a painless and seamless process. His team was scheduled for immediate installation once the product was delivered. He committed to two days of work, and his team knocked it out in a single day, exceeding expectations. The finished product is far better than imagined! We will be engaging Allyson Construction for future projects without question.

very easy to work with. Very professional and did exactly as they promised. Timely and responsive

Paragon did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

A team which not only sees the project as a blue print. They generally care and go the mile by ensuring it exceeds the customer’s expectations. Highly recommend this company

Recommendation strongly. Professional staff, work with you, great prices, quick abd timely installs.

Paragon came highly recommended by a friend, and I in turn would not hesitate to recommend to other friends needing their services.

I'm very happy with new front door, windows and interior/exterior trim-out. Their communication and project management were very good. The workmanship and materials were outstanding.

We made an appt for an initial consultation 3 weeks in advance. The individual requested that I send pictures and measurements in advance. He called to remind me on the day of the appt. I had taken the pics and measurements and forgot to send them. He said to text them or email so I texted them. Our appt was scheduled at 330 and at 3pm, I got a confirmation email for our google meet appt. My husband and I both work full time so arranged our schedules and set up childcare so we could attend this virtual appt without distraction. We logged on at 330 but no one was there. When we called, they told us the appt wasn't happening because we did not send pictures. Apparently, I had texted them to a landline as when the individual told me to text them, I assumed I would text them to the number he called from. At no point did they reach out to say the pics were not received nor did they cancel the appt. So by 3:40, they simply said we could reschedule because the owner had to catch a flight. The owner (who we had the appt with) did mot talk to us, but his secretary apologized profusely. She offered to reschedule but we declined given the poor service and Iack of professionalism. While I understand that if the policy is that your appt will be cancelled without photos, this was never communicated to us. In fact, we received a confirmation email. The appt was for an hour long, plenty of time at 3:40 (for a 330) appt to review the pics and measurements I sent- at least as a preliminary conversation. Really disappointed and offended at the lack of respect of our time.

Replaced our front porch..... great to work with and quality workmanship

Love our new deck! The quality workmanship, excellent team of carpenters and meticulous planning brought it all together!

Paragon did a great job. The house looks wonderful. I was amazed that they took such care to preserve plants around the house, marking them and ensuring that they all survived.

Paragon installed an underdeck drainage system that keeps our patio underneath the deck dry. They are consummate professionals. Very exacting in measurements, thorough in explanations, and a terrific on-site clean up. I heart these guys!

Paragon provides world class professionalism and customer service at all levels. From the moment they meet with you they are top of communications, timeliness and quality. They fi great work and stand by all that they do.

Paragon Construction Company did an OUTSTANDING job in the creation of our screened in porch. This is a totally professional company that will exceed your expectations and is a pleasure to work with.

Excellent work, kept me informed of next steps and very customer focused. The outdoor living space exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Paragon to anyone. Plus the siding job exceeded my expectations.

This is the 3rd project Paragon has done for us. They are a very professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my next project.

There are not enough superlatives in the English language to adequately describe the excellent workmanship and professionalism of any renovation performed for us by Paragon Construction Company. Our latest project is no exception. We derive daily pleasure and utility from our master closet renovation and our guest bathroom. The team is really the best to work with and we regard these projects as low stress and fun. In the end we know we are getting the quality we desired for the outlined budget. The design process in the beginning to the discussion of the warranty at the end and everything in between was handled in a personal and professional manner. They all treated us as the most important customer that they have.
In summary, you can’t go wrong hiring them for any job big or small and will be happy you did!!

I recently had my master bathroom remodeled by Paragon. The results exceeded my expectations. They were on time and kept me informed of every task every step of the way. Jeremy helped me design a beautiful space. Zach and Joanna were responsive and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Recently Paragon totally renovated my upstairs bathroom. From the start, the team of Joanna and John prepaired the carpeted stairs with coverings, told me what they were doing for the day (demo wise) and went to work. They kept me updated on everything they were doing and going to do. They were so personable and easy to get along with. I would want them assigned to any furture work I may have done. The subcontractors they use were also great. Plumber (sorry, didn't get his name), Electrician (Eric), Sheet rock (Chris), Tile (Matt) were all great, personable and easy to talk to. None of these workers minded me sneaking a view of what they were doing. The Job Supervisor (Zach) constantly came by and kept in contact with me, either by phone, text or email. Jeremy (owner) was just great. Paragon's warranty is above all other companies! I would HIGHLY Recommend Paragon Construction to anyone! Beautifull & Great Job. Better than I expected.

Paragon did a phenomenal job on our outdoor living project. We truly enjoyed working with Scott and Les who communicated each step of the process and eased our worries. We will definitely use Paragon for another home project!
