I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first salt water pool from Premier Pool and Spa. I am beyond impressed with the experience. The service was nothing short of excellent. We very recently wrapped up our pool install with the Premier Pools & Spas team. While I hope this is the last pool install we ever do, if we did another one, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We signed our contract very end of September and construction wrapped in early March. We went with a fiberglass pool (~8500 gallons) with travertine decking, salt water, and heat pump.

Throughout the project, they were respectful of our property as well as had fantastic communication regarding any hiccups that were encountered and how they were going to address them. Any contractor who promises you a 100% smooth process you should run as far away from as possible. Shit is going to happen, what's important is how they respond and I give Premier an A+ in this regard.

Lastly, the real test came with their responsiveness after our final check has cleared and I have beyond impressed with their commitment to ensuring that we are happy customers.

We are very happy with the finished product and cannot recommend working with this team enough.

Premier Pools and Spas was a 5 star experience! From the onset this pool company was different from the other pool companies we consulted with. Premier was the only company that touted they were a one stop shop and could do everything we wanted and we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Let me tell you, they did everything as promised and we didn’t have to do anything outside of the electrical which Dominion won’t work with a 3rd party and that’s understandable. We are completely 100% satisfied with the work that was completed and the best investment we have made. A few other things that made Premier the Premier pool company beyond what they delivered, quality of materials, communication, and just a great overall team to work with. Lastly, we have a small yard and there was question on whether the pool would even fit in our yard, but they sure did get the pool to fit in our tiny yard=amazing work! An amazing pool company! Betsy and team deserve and earned the 5 stars!!!!

From the very beginning our sales rep (Trey) not only made us feel extremely comfortable he was also very informative and super knowledgeable in a way that actually saved our pockets compared to the other pool companies we had spoken with. His suggestions made our vision for our backyard 10 times better than we ever could have imagined. We have had pools in the past at our previous homes and I must say the quality of our pool project that Premier Pools and spas Richmond West built for us is by far the highest quality we have seen, Not only compared to our previous pools but also from other pools in our current neighborhood that were built by other local companies!

Logan their construction manager and Beau their superintendent were an absolute joy to work with. The constant communication was a real treat compared to other contractors we have worked with in the past. I can honestly say the whole team, from the owner to the laborers they all definitely provided us with the best value for our dollar.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Premier Pools. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. The pool is absolutely beautiful—better than we even imagined.

Trey was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to create detailed visuals recreating our actual house and landscaping, which was incredibly helpful since I have a hard time visualizing. He even drove all the way out to Earlysville to bring us stone samples in person. His communication, patience, and design eye made a huge difference, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He always went above and beyond!

Beau did a fantastic job managing the project—everything stayed on track and we always felt informed and supported. Randy and his crew brought the design to life with such skill and care. Junior and the stone crew were meticulous craftsmen. I was truly in awe of their attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Everyone we interacted with was so kind, respectful, and professional. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this team without hesitation!

Really really really bad experience, I didn’t get what they told me in the beginning, I put a really bad review and they send me a lawyer saying that they gonna suit me if I don’t take it out, but I don’t care anymore, just be careful when they promise u something and what u sign in the contract. And after they finish they will not help you if u have any problems even if just one week pass, I have problems with my water heater and they said they gonna give me my guarantees after I pay off, that was 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them. Just I don’t think is fair that I pay $84,000 for a small 13x23 feet pool and have all this problems. All this project was I nightmare. I wish I had never hired this company.

We enjoyed our pool buying and installation experience with Betsy and Logan. We've had the pool over a year now and we absolutely love everything about it. They are super responsive throughout the process and helped us design our backyard oasis and saw it through completion.

My only recommendation would be to find a different contractor for concrete work. Our entire pool deck and patio are stamped concrete and the contractor did poor work in many ways and did not meet our expectations.

Update: Our stamped concrete patio did not last for long. We worked with PPAS and they were able to come up with a solution that we love.

Betsy, Logan, Beau and the rest of the Premier team did an amazing job brining our vision to life. We had no idea what to expect with a construction project of this size and with their guidance and the work of their amazing subcontractors, we got exactly what we wanted and more! The project is beyond our expectations and we had the most amazing summer enjoying our own home oasis. They cover all the details with "pool school" and are readily available to answer any questions post construction to ensure the best experience possible. We're looking forward to spending many Fall and Winter evenings in the spa and we're counting the days until it's time to open the pool for another fun filled Spring and Summer with family and friends.

Overall we had a very good experience with Premier Pools and Spas. The team is friendly and accommodating. Any project of this size is going to have surprises or problems during construction and we were no exception. What was important to me is that they address them in a quick and painless manner, and they always did. We are into our third year of use and the pool has been great with no issues. The team continues to check in on us to make sure things are going well. I have recommended them to several people and will definitely continue to do so.
