Found Lee Newcomb via Next Door app. Connected via text. Professional demeanor. Lee Identified/aligned with my repair request. Estimate was provided with clarity and detail. Estimate acceptance via electronic document signing app was easy.

Work was scheduled with a 3 hour window. The team arrived for work early in the window. They were friendly and professional. Siding repair and replacement work was performed above the roofline in a safe manner. I appreciated the approach used to secure the siding. New cut siding fit very well in place on the dormer.

Lee and his team would be my first contact for future projects.

I paid top dollar to a landscape company to put in a patio. From the start, it was truly a disaster. Absolutely nothing was done like the quote called for. I contacted Lee about my situation. He had a crew to respond out to address the mess. The pavers were put down a second time (correctly), grouted, and sealed. In a little over two days, my patio was finally completed. The quality work and attention to detail took a load off my mind. I wish I had contacted Small Jobs Handyman to start with and saved my wife and I a ton of time and stress!!

After texting pictures of what repairs I needed to be done, I never heard back from Lee either by text, email or by phone! He has listed that his company takes care of small jobs as well as big jobs. However, that’s not the case with everyone. I picked his company to contact because of all the wonderful reviews posted. I guess he picks and chooses who he wants to deals with! At least he could have let me know that he wasn’t interested in doing my repairs. Very disappointed and I will certainly tell family and friends to be aware of this company should they be looking for a handyman for doing any types of repairs.

So far, Small Jobs has worked on my siding and rebuilt my back deck. They've done a great job and really exceeded my expectations. Lee's professional, communicates well, makes suggestions based on the scale of the work being done, maintains a high standard of quality, and very timely. We have a lot of deferred maintenance we're catching up on, so having someone who is versatile and easy to work with has been tremendous. Highly recommended!

After a plumbing leak behind the drywall behind my dishwasher, I needed new insulation and wallboard to close the hole, and the dishwasher hooked back up. The plumber that fixed the leak “doesn’t do wallboard”! Found Small Jobs and Lee. Wish I had known about him before as he could have handled the whole job. He got all the needed work done two days after I called him. Quality workmanship in a timely
manner at a fair price. Will use him again!

I had a bathtub waterflow gasket leak that caused flood on the second floor and kitchen ceiling light fixture dropping down in a Sunday afternoon. Lee responded immediately with good solutions and reasonable pricing. He fixed the plumbing, replaced the light and installed the drywall with a great quality. He is quick to respond, and able to do all kinds of jobs timely and professionally. He is definitely recommended!

I was wanting to have siding replaced on my home. I emailed Lee and within hours he responded. After discussing the work I needed to have done, he had me send him a picture of the siding that needed replaced in order to see the location and the damage. Once again Lee responded quickly with an estimate. He also came to my home to see it in person after returning from vacation. Within a week, we set up a date to do the job. Meh, our dishwasher is in - paid $500 for a dishwasher install that sticks out from the cabinets by an inch or more and leans back into the cabinets in a weird way. Our floor really needed to be cut and at $500 I wound have thought our handyman could have done that. Now in order to remove the dishwasher, just to cut the floor to fix this we will have to remove our countertops and probably pay another “handyman” $500.

Lee is the best! We are already repeat customers.

We called for our laundry room - cabinet, flooring and dry wall work. We kept him for 2 other home projects - drywall repair AND installing light fixtures in bedrooms where we had nothing.

Unlike other professionals Lee stayed in communication. He was responsive and on time. He does great quality work and left the job clean. His time estimates were accurate and pricing fair. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Although the work you did was great, what you forgot was to keep the customer happy by cleaning up after yourselves. I have leftover material from your work, found both on my deck and in the yard by the driveway, which were dangerous to my dog and others.
